Wonderlful location and great views!!!
Right bang in central West End, close to the theatres, shops, restaurants: you are staying in the best location in the best area: most attractions within walking distance. Soho/ Covent garden/ Picadilly/ Trafalgar square/Oxford street right at your door step. You’re on the 5th floor with splendid views. There is a modern, working elevator.

You’ll be the only guests in the entire apartment. No other guests.

We clean 10:00-14:00 however guests may drop their luggage, take the key’s and return later. Often the apartment is ready for you to check yourself in right away by using keys left in lock boxes.

On departure day you may leave luggage while we clean 10:00-12:00, or use the luggage storage facilities at the nearby Charing Cross Station. You may even on special occasions stay till later for a fee however first check with the owner.

Other things of note::

Please note: the bath in the main bedroom to be used with care (children supervised) and any waterspillage goes through the wooden floor/ ceiling of the bedroom below; great alternative is the walk-in shower provided.

Wooden floors throughout the apartment and building: expect creaking floor boards and footsteps.
This is a Central City location and some city sounds can be expected. The double glazed windows minimise the sounds and earplugs are an option for the light sleeper.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. It was our first trip to London and this rental was in the best location. Central to all the Underground lines, bus lines and within walking distance of a ton of things. Easy to get around. Communication with the host was great. Lenn answered all my questions in a timely manner. One of our best vacations ever.

This apartment is indeed the one and only place to stay in London! The welcome, Lenn and the team (Natasha mainly), the care, the service are all implacable. Lenn is just so proud of the apartment, and there are many good reasons for that, and he is willing to do everything you will enjoy your stay, and it works!! The location, the space, the comfort, the well-equipped kitchen with all generous supply there. The trees outside the windows are so romantic and enchanting. All is just perfect!! Thank you Lenn for a very very lovely stay. We shall be back.

The location was excellent; it's near busses, trains, restaurants and coffee shops. The place is clean, cozy and has a great table for everyone in my family to gather around. It was great having the extra sinks in the bedrooms for a group of five people to get ready each day. The beds were comfy and the refrigerator was a great size. The check in and check out was easy because Lenn gave such great detailed directions. It truly was a perfect place to stay!

We had a great time in London. The property was located right in the thick of it, which is what we wanted. They stocked up on coffee for us and even left a bottle of prosecco. The unit is designed nicely and was a joy to come back to after a long day. The host was very responsive.I'm not very particular, but the property and experience fell short of expectations. We got pictures for check-in, but no written instructions until after we were lost. The VRBO map brings you to a location .6 miles away. I can forgive this because we were jetlagged and accompanied by a 5 and 7 year old. The door was extremely difficult to lock. I think I spent more time figuring it out than I did enjoying the city. We left it unlocked most of the time because it just wouldn't click. Not ideal! Eventually, the owner believed me and sent someone to fix it after we left. The bathroom temperature control knob is missing a part - not too hard to turn when its dry, but almost impossible when wet. Host said, "Just give it a turn," lol - like I have the grip strength of a 3-year-old. Lastly, the AC is in the hallway, so if you happen to be there during a heat wave, good luck. I would not return to this property. I am hoping for future renters that the Host spends some time here and fixes some of the things that have fallen by the wayside, and ensures a proper check-in process.

It’s very rare for a central London apt to have an elevator, washer, dryer and stand alone air conditioning unit(although we did not need it for our stay in August). A charming airy apt with high ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked. We walked to most places including about 1 mile to Big Ben, buckingham palace, the British museum, covent garden and Chinatown. The one bathroom for the 5 of us worked out just fine. I can’t say enough good things about this location and comfortable accommodation. We hope to return to London and to this apt. again.

We enjoyed our stay in London. The apartment was in the perfect location to get around the city. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. We stayed during a heatwave and the ceiling fans and hallway ac helped cool down the rooms at night (except that back bedroom, but we put the extra fans in there and that helped). The washer and separate dryer were nice to have as we were able to wash clothes before the next leg of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The apartment was a great size for four adults. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, has everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was perfect for the theatre trip we had planned, very close to everything. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Wonderful apartment

Having never stayed in an apartment in London, this was fun! The door was almost hidden between two store, the two door entry, the elevator...all things we had never really experienced. The apartment itself was clean, modernized, yet retained old, original qualities like the flooring, in-room sinks, some windows and furniture. Well stocked cabinets with what I assume were 'leftovers' from previous guests. I actually appreciated that those items were not wasted by throwing them out. Furniture was comfy and we had room to spread out and have our own spaces. The neighborhood was bustling! Local bars and pubs stayed busy (and a bit loud) pretty late but you could shut that out by closing the windows. They blocked almost all the street noise. Access to underground, stores, attractions, and other neighborhoods was super easy. Just look the right way when crossing, lolWe would definitely stay here again if we visited London again. It was absolutely perfect!

Perfect Location-details

The location of this flat can’t be beat. The size of the flat was perfect. The amenities were as described. We feel lucky to have found this flat and will stay there again. We could walk to so many attractions. There were exceptional restaurants nearby and a wonderful foot reflexology spot that was perfect after a day of walking. Having this flat as our base of operation made our first trip to London exceptional. And the communication with the host was great, even with my numerous inquiries, Lenn was responsive and helpful. We miss the flat already and are eager to return.

You get what you pay for

Apartment is above a vape shop and bar, across a dirty/busy street from a sex shop. Lenn (owner) set up the listing to have all check in and out communication go through him, but he doesn’t respond and access is bizarre (retrieve a key from a box in an alleyway by a bar). Electricity went out and he took 2 days to respond about how to reset circuit breaker. Apartment is messy, furniture and mattresses are uncomfortable and dirty, limited towels and linens provided have been heavily used, floorboards leave splinters in your feet.

We found the location to be excellent. Easy walking distance to many dozens of theaters and wonderful places to eat. We decided to actually walk most places, but the underground was extremely available right up the street.I would highly recommend this for both the location and cleanliness and the layout of the apartment

Exceptional Stay at Conveniently Located Apartment in London

We were very satisfied with our stay at this apartment. The location is exceptional, providing convenient access to Tube stations and major tourist attractions, which significantly contributed to the success of our trip to London. Although the nightlife outside the building is lively, the noise levels remained within typical urban limits, and the apartment windows effectively insulated the rooms from external sounds.

Perfection in every aspect

From the first contact with an initial enquiry until the moment we checked out, the host was amazingly helpful. We stayed 5 nights and I now wish we stayed longer!!The location of this property is PERFECT to everything. Buses outside the front door, an underground just a few short minutes walk away, theatres everywhere, pubs, restaurants shops and famous landmarks all in walking distance. I loved the character of the apartment right down to the creaky wooden floors, it created a real London experience for my family who are used to new and modern - please note that is meant as a huge compliment as we were wanting an experience in our accomodation as well as comfort. This property exceeded my expectations !!! And if we are lucky enough to go back to London in the coming years this is the only place I’d want to stay !!!
