Minimalist it might be, but there's no scrimping on stylishness at this chic one-bedroom pad. A light-filled, open-plan living room boasts a blend of textures, offsetting wood floors and exposed brickwork with a delectably soft rug and large cushy sofa. At one end sits a dining table with space for six guests and vintage views of the classic terraced street opposite, whilst the other offers a contemporary contrast with the sleek kitchen and impressive glass curtain wall opening onto a delightful roof terrace. The living area is bursting with well-placed contrasts, be it smooth tiles and textured bricks or fresh tones and charcoal accents. We're also very keen on that open staircase, which lends a swanky air of architectural design to the place. It's hard not to overpraise such an expertly understated home.

No smoking, pets, or parties. A daybed to sleep up to 2 guests (not pictured) has been added to the dressing area on the second floor. This home is set over three floors and boasts double-height ceilings, a mezzanine floor and a steam room. Please note that some of these staircases are open without handrails; it is therefore not suitable for children. The top-floor bedroom windows provide access onto the roof, but there are no railings, so please be careful.
