This property is conveniently located to the underground which is nice going to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and helped meet our every need. A staff member will call to confirm your reservation before arrival which is nice. I was told we would be able to check in a little early,only to find that we could not. The hotel will hold your bags if you arrive prior to check in. I thought the property was nice, however, there were stains on the carpet, a light switch didn't really work, and the furniture was a bit worn. The beds were comfortable and there was daily cleaning of the room. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to those traveling to London, even though the price point is on the higher end.

This is a very unique stay. I liked the property with its marble floors and beautiful lobby. It hasn’t been updated in a while, so if you stay with an open mind, it’s excellent. The part of town it’s in is great. One thing I would mention is the breakfast spread is expensive and didn’t have much on there. I opted to skip it once I saw it.

Ice cold room - wife and baby left unwell

The room was freezing, and wouldn’t heat up despite having the heating on full blast. Realised just how cold it was at about 4am but to avoid waking our little one who hadn’t been sleeping properly, we just layered up with our clothes. Felt like a scene from titanic. Front reception weren’t very helpful in the morning saying we should’ve told them but not understanding that we couldn’t wake our baby in the middle of the night, and that the heating should just be working so we shouldn’t have to move around anyway. Wanted to make this stay an annual tradition for our little one’s birthday, but can’t see a situation where we’ll stay again - my wife and my baby have blocked noses.

Perfectly wonderful!

My stay at The Bentley London was wonderful. Primarily visiting for a weekend of Christmas shopping with friends in London, but this hotel really was an unexpected delight. Everywhere was booked up with only a handful of hotel options left within the Kensington and Chelsea Borough. I am so glad I left my booking too late so that I got to discover this magical place. The rooms are exceptional; quiet, clean, individually decorated, spacious and the decor just exquisite. The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. I enjoyed my stay so much that I returned again the following weekend for another visit, but to my absolute delight the hotel upgraded my room to an Ashbourne suite! It was just fabulous - I didn't want to leave! The hotel is on a quiet street and only a moments walk to South Kensington bars and restaurants. The stroll into Knightsbridge and Sloane Square is also very easy (30 minutes walk approximately) but there are several tube stations only a few minutes walk away and also several bus routes nearby. Cabs also frequently pass the front of the hotel. My only regret was not making time to eat in the beautiful restaurant or to use the spa facilities. I regularly have weekend stays in London either side of my travel for work and this trip was by far the most special having discovered the hidden gem that is The Bentley London. Thank you for such a perfectly delightful visit and I look forward to seeing you in the new year X
