The flat is plain. There is a bathroom and a kitchen. The standard, given the price is decent. What makes me give it a low rating is that the host claimed a "washing fee" right before we were about to check in. That is a stain in hotel.com`s credibility. When you book such places as this one the fee announced by hotels.com doesn't apply. There are hidden fees.

Interesting Electrics

I didnt receive any emails with check in instructions. Only whilst looking around the Hotels.com app did I see a message, saying to call a mobile. then the rest of the check in was done via whatsapp messages When I got to the room it stank of smoke, and there were a lot of air fresheners around trying to hide the smell. One of the windows wouldn't close properly at the top so it was hard to keep the noise out. There was a fan which helped drown the road noise though The worst thing was the light in the bathroom was broken, but instead of fixing it, the host had ran an extension cable from the living room to just outside the bathroom, then plugged a free standing light from that extension cable into the bathroom. I'm no electrician but this didn't feel safe, and definitely didn't use the light when i was in the shower I feel the property needs a lot of TLC and maintenance before it should be rented out again

The space is very small, but in a great location. While the space was a little dated, it was reasonably clean, and the area seemed very populated and safe. We were within walking distance to many great bars and restaurants, as well several options for public transportation. Our host left simple instructions for accessing the apartment and for checking out. Good wifi.

Ok location, but that is it.

Location is good, but that is about it. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping at all. Broken & with a hole in the middle so large I actually sleept on the floor in the kitchen instead cause it hurt. The actuall bed also has multiple holes, sheets had multiple stains, very few towels, bathroom did not feel fresh. SUPER loud from the streets, broken curtains so light still came in, no airflow & air inside feelt stale, windows didn't hold up so we had to use our own water bottles for them not to shut.

Central location - flat not good

The socalled sleeping sofa is not suitable for adults. We had to find all the pillows in the flat to ensure a reasonable place to sleep for an adult. A lot of noise from the street required Ear plugs in the night. Almost no water coming out from the shower - not possible to wash hair. But away from that very central location. There was a sign in the flat stating 8.8 from reviews. We do not believe that.

Das Apartment ist sehr central das ist der einzige pluspunkt. Das Apartment ist sehr schlecht isoliert und sehr lauter lärm von draussen. Ausserdem war die Betrwäsche schmutzig und nicht gewaschen. Würde dass Apartment nicht weiterempfehlen zu teuer für was man erhält.

유심칩 교환해서 간 사람은 집주인님과 소통이 불가능해 아주 불편합니다 열쇠를 찾으려면 문옆에 자물쇠를 열어야하는데 전화가 안되어서 옆에 가게 사장님이 전화해주셔서 겨우 들어갔습니다. 집은 전체적으로 깔끔하나 방과 화장실이 비좁습니다. 저희는 4명이 써서 더 좁았습니다. 2명이 갈때는 무난한 방이 될듯합니다. 유심 사용자에게는 비추 로밍 사용자에게는 무난
