Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia called. The agent at Expedia said he would have to get ahold of the host to get a refund. We never even got the information nor stayed there and there is no refund. I keep on writing the host to tell them to call Expedia and they say they will to get a refund but they don’t. Expedia should give us the refund. This is unethical on all sides including Expedia. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card.
