Great stay in a more residential area in London!
I was in London for two weeks visiting friends but decided to stay at an apartment instead of a hotel room. This one-bedroom apartment with its own washer and a nice balcony was perfect for me! It is a regular apartment building where SACO owns a few of the apartments. There is no front desk but the SACO team should send you an email regarding "check-in" such as key pick-up. I did not receive an email but managed to call them upon arrival and their staff was friendly and quick to guide me. I suggest you checking the confirmation info via a call before you actually get into London. There is a welcome packet in the apartment with all the info and numbers to call the service managers. Gaby was extremely helpful throughout my stay whenever I called and I want to give him a huge THUMBS UP! A cleaner would come once a week and you can call to double-check the date/time when in doubt.
Since I was there over Christmas and NYE, the building was rather quiet and I enjoyed that. The property is about a 10-min walk to the Hammersmith tube station, 5-min to King's Road where you can find supermarkets, Primark, H&M and so on - very convenient! There is a small shop right across the street where I found milk and fruits, and a French crepes place near the tube that everyone should try! If you're bored of staying at fancy hotels in central London and want to explore another chill and nice area where you can feel more "residential", I highly recommend this place.
