Conveniently located to Liverpool Station/City

A little hard to find, but is worth the effort since it is located on a quiet back street just 5 minutes from Liverpool St. Station and within walking distance to the City. No elevators so you must be able to walk up a couple flights of stairs. The room I had was a spacious one bed room apartment with full kitchen and living room. This would be ideal for longer stays since you can set up home base and stock the fridge rather than have to eat out all the time. Wifi was included and worked well. I would stay here again.

Room size was great, service was great, location was ideal but... I've slept on more comfortable pavements. Possibly the worst bed I've slept in, in my entire life.

Dårlig service

Stedet var pænt, MEN da vi ankommer mangler der et lagen til et af sengene, der var ikke de lovede toilet artikler, opvaskemaskinen var fuld og ikke vasket, de krus der var blevet vasket var stadig plaskvåde, og det samme var hylden de stod på og et sjask vådt viskestykke var efterladt i et af køkkenskabene. Så selvom stedet så pænt ud, var der mange småting der gjorde opholdet skuffende, især fordi manageren efterfølgende har været total ligeglade med vores klage (selvom de fik det at vide mens vi opholdte os i London). Desuden er stedet svært at finde. Vi blev lovet at der ville stå en og vente på os, men det gjorde der ikke. Efterfølgende fik vi at vide at den person stod oppe ved lejligheden, men det hjælper jo ligesom ikke, når man ikke kan komme ind i komplexet uden en nøgle - som vi senere fandt i postkassen...

Extremely dirty - wifi not working

My stay at the London RJ apartment was unfortunately really disappointing. Not only was the apartment very dirty (layers of dust on all furniture and piles of dust in the corners, nasty bathroom) but the free wifi, that was one of the reasons we chose London RJ apartment, wasn’t working. I reported these two things immediately at arrival but no actions were taken to fix the problem. We had to clean the really nasty apartment ourselves. Location good but the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
