Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel

Rooms and showers are tiny. Hair dryers are attached to desk drawer and there are no mirrors. Hotel staff was hit or miss — lots of trainees, who used that as an excuse, with no managers.

Overall this is a very good hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Perhaps the thing that stands out the most is the beds which are very comfortable. It's also in a good location right near a tube stop. The only negatives are the overall size of the family room. We were four people and the room wasn't very big. Though this is kind of a London thing with the rooms not being big. The other negative is the general noise around the hotel. It could have just been our room, but we were near a small park with people playing sports at night and over several mornings we heard sanitation trucks picking up garbage or recyclables (which usually led to many sounds of glass breaking). But overall the experience in the hotel was good. I would say I think it's better suited to a couple's trip than a family excursion.

Great Hotel strategically located next to Warren Street Tube Station (North-W central London). Easy access to central London and/or main train stations. The traditional English breakfast was good. The dinner menu is Steak/Lobster with some alternate sandwiches. Restaurant staff were friendly. This is my second stay in one year. I like this location because I can easily hop on the London Tube System with my Oyster Card (tube station travel card). Limited local restaurants in the area.

Good, comfortable, clean bed sheet. A bit noisy motoe in the central yard.

Same of the staff is nice others are very rude, carpets are dirty, rooms are small as in all europe, but With a great location, metro is Just around the corner and is very close to everything

Very nice hotel, relaxed atmosphere, special decorations, friendly staff. Next to underground station and walking distance from St. Pancras (Eurostar). Very good breakfast included!

This hotel definitely met my expectations. The front desk staff were helpful and answered all my questions. The room was a bit small, but still very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We booked two rooms for an extended family of five in June 2014. The larger family room was a great size with a comfy pull out sofa. The staff were great and we were able to leave our luggage all day after we had checked out.

The hotel was awesome! We only stayed for one night, but we loved it!!

This hotel is in a very convenient location and was easy to get to from Heathrow. We stayed in a family room which was clean and comfortable. The room and hotel was very nice and updated, which made it a good value for the cost. The underground is a few steps away, as are several small grocery stores and restaurants. I would stay there again next time I visit London.

Great location, nearby lots of activity centers and hipe neighborhood. Near major transportation hubs too. Rooms are a little on a small side and queues for breakfast at the restaurant are long... due to the high quality of the buffet! Staff is always friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant. Hotels hosts many tour operators groups which can make navigating the hotel in the morning and evening a bit difficult with smaller elevators. Overall the rooms are comfortable and wifi is very strong, allowing for work to get done. Can't beat the location with plenty of great restaurants right around the corner and entertainment just a few blocks away. Would definitely return if given the opportunity!

The hotel was great including the ovation right near warren st tube station. However, my one complaint was the bed was a small twin sized bed which would have been unsuitable if I was traveling with my girlfriend.

Everything is OK, but the room is too small to anything. However, the staff is great and help me a lot!

I booked a great hotel deal. The hotel website itself had some good offers. I got a 4-star for a 3-star price. Location was excellent, room size was sufficient and overall service was great. No complaints at all.

Hotel was ideally located and for 150 dollars the price was right. Easy tube or reasonable walk to Soho/Covent Gardens for shopping and restaurants. very satisfied! wife loved the weekend:)

The first room I was given smelled so bad, I had to ask for a different room. The room was incredibly small (even though most European rooms are often small). There was barely any room to walk between the foot of the bed and the wall, the TV/Cable options were horrible, the bathroom was so tiny, I kept getting my clothes caught on the handle every time I walked in (it was that narrow). The WiFi they offer is terrible considering I'd have to stay stationed in one area of the room where I got the signal. Their business center is in the basement. There are more guests that are there for business as opposed to pleasure. It's a hotel that fails miserably at trying to be one of the top hotels. Customer service is horrible as well.

Thankyou this hotel was clean and comfortable and we found it ideally situated to access the places we wanted to go ie Camden Locke markets. The show district and close to St pancreas train station where we landed from Paris. The old building does have a few random level changes on our floor there was a set of 4 steps and another set of 2 between the lift and our door and within our room 4 steps between bathroom and bedroom so a little tricky if you have a load of luggage Or mobility issues

Perfect location walking distance to many of the London shows and major tourist sites . Hotel staff was amazing, excellent helpful in every way possible. Fantastic comfortable king size bed .Beautiful quiet room We Would definitly go back.
