The hotel is a bit rundown. One life was out of service and our card didn’t work on the stairs. Our room wasn’t cleaned despite us asking - we stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was good - lots of options.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure area to leave bags if check in/out times don’t match with your transport. Walkable to Southwark and blackfriars underground stations (5 minutes) and Waterloo (10-15 minutes) and to lots of the sights. Would stay again

Good location to move around London. The room was clean and comfortable for a two night stay. However there was a nasty and unbearable smell coming from the toilet, the WI-FI was basically absent and they provide us with only one set of towels for two people. We asked for another one which never arrived.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive! The hotel is very well located, really close to all the main tourist attractions! I fully recommend it and will return when I go back to London.

Personalet var utrolig søde, rare og meget imødekommende. Hotellets placering er også utrolig god, og man bor meget centralt i London. Cirka 1 km fra Tower Bridge på den ene side og BFI IMAX på den anden side, hvis man gerne vil i biografen. Derudover er der mange gode caféer og indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden.
