Booked a premier level room for a business trip for 4 nights. Lobby and restaurant are standard and fine. I took elevator to premier floor (6th) and stepped into hallway and it is in poor shape, the carpet is filthy and the baseboards are so beat up I was scared for what my room would be. The room was fine. But everytime I stepped into the hallway, it was disappointing to see this is what is a called a premier floor. The ground floor elevator lobby also needs attention as it was beat up and tired Out of the 4 day stay, the W-Fi was down for over 60 hours! Hotel did not offer anything to guests for the major inconvenience. It promotes on its website, good for business travel, but I would not agree.
