Visited this weekend for a birthday treat and the staff here went out of their way to make it special, really outstanding customer service. The hotel it’s self too, is very well located, easy tube connection and within walking distance of a good number of London’s attractions. Regent’s Park a loverly Sunday morning walk and so close. It’s hard to describe just why this hotel is special, but if you enjoy great but friendly service a nice cosy room, then stay here.

Greeted at the door with a smile and directions to checkin and an offer to ake our bags, always a good start. We booked an executive twin, size wise its a little compact, especially the bathroom, however big enough for a visit to London for the weekend. The beds are very comfortable, I can gather from the snoring I heard from the bed next to me my travelling partner was in agreement. The hotel is nice inside, clean, tidy and well maintained, staff friendly and a reasonably stocked bar and restaurant. There is a card deposit required on checkin, £25/£35 depending on the card. Whilst not common, it is something I am seeing more often. Getting here is easy enough, it took less than 20 minutes from stepping off the train at Kings Coss, a single tube line to Baker Street and then a 5 min walk to the hotel. For me it's nice to add another hotel to my recommended list.

Very friendly welcome extremely professional. The room l stayed in l believe was a suite was very nice, difficult to find but nice. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. There is a hairdryer provided but no plug by a mirror to use it. There is no plug by the bedside to plug a charger for you phone whilst in bed. Put out my card for breakfast in my room at 10:30 no breakfast delivered as card was still outside my door however l phoned and got some items delivered. A little below 4 star standard but a quite pleasant hotel.

Its not cheap but then what hotel in London is. The staff are just lovely, from reception to room service, just lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Room spotlessly clean. Its a great little location too.

I stayed overnight at a weekend to catch up with family, and chose this hotel because of its location close to Marylebone station. My superior double room was well set out, well equipped and well supplied. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, the shower pressure was really good, and there were plenty of fluffy towels. The bed was fabulously comfortable, and they have bespoke bed linen which is crisp and legant. Desk staff were charming and helpful, and they are clearly used to people leaving luggage for later collection after check-out. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Short city break. I was attending the Spurs V Utd game in Wembley and found the location of this hotel very convenient for its proximity to Baker St tube station and the good variety of restaurants closeby.

I visited for a business dinner, and the restaurant manager Fatmir and his great staff were amazing. The food and cocktails were also equally impeccable. Would definitely come again. Try the mushroom pasta and the home made bread.

Just stayed here again and every time, it's great ... service is fantastic, great lounge area, bar and service is always friendly (Archie is great at the bar), location is perfect a few minute walk to the Baker St. tube station. Perfect hotel to enjoy and explore London.

A few minutes walk from Baker street tube station (4 lines) this gem of a hotel! There are 2 very nice lounges, the first been accessed straight from the entrance, with a long bar and TV, further on there is a "silent" very cosy lounge with fire in the corner and dead comfortable sofas and chairs. Rooms have a good modern layout and are dead clean. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I complained about insufficient heating and was instantly offered a junior suite. The breakfast buffet is presented with open view on the kitchen, and has everything to be desired. Dead fresh from bread to fruit. Will I go again? ABSOLUTELY

Stayed here, thankfully, only for one night. The room was terribly hot and calling down to front desk was told to switch off the aircon as it didn’t work and open the window. The thing about this however was that the room looked into a light skylight with very little airflow other than from the kitchen fans which were extremely noisy and pumping out kitchen smells. A fan was brought up but didn’t really do much. Not sure if it was just this room but the receptionist seemed to know about the heat. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, there are much better and more comfortable hotels. A shame really as the other Park Plaza hotels in London are great. This one is very tired and dated.
