Great location - easy check in. Room not the biggest but expected that as there was 3 of us with a bunk bed. Checked in but then had to leave after 2 hours due a death in the family - asked could we change to an alternative night or discounted stay again, was told no - disappointed but understood.

Ideal location for theatre trips, shopping, restaurants, China Town and at this time of year Christmas markets and lights. Would work well for a business trip too. Perfect for a short stay with compact but high quality room. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that my room wasn't serviced (bin wasn't emptied and drinks weren't refreshed), but that may have been a one off and had I mentioned it that probably would have been resolved. I was only there for two nights though so I didn't. The room was very quiet at night and the bed was comfy so I slept well. The shower was very effective. Overall I'd be happy to stay again. The hotel was clean, modern and I would certainly recommend it.

Didn’t like the bunk bed rooms was moved to a tiny room with no windows - dark hotel. Breakfast had to walk round the block escalators broken staff friendly and tried their best but they are let down by the hotel. Hence 2 stars not 1.

The loft bed was terrible, difficult to access, no shelf, scary as felt I could easily fall over guard rail. Room was very clean but lacked a soft rug or something to change on. Overhead shower was a tiny trickle do had to use hand held. Way over priced and would not stay again.

It’s a really great location and there’s loads of staff to help. The double bed is quite high up a ladder and we were supposed to have a sofa but, it’s more like a cushioned bench and they forgot to give us bedding. But for the price, nice staff and the location, I would go again.

I stayed for five days, and since the hotel is located right in the heart of Piccadilly, London, it was extremely convenient to get anywhere. The tube station and a Tesco supermarket are just 30 seconds away, which made it easy to grab simple snacks and water. The hotel opened in October this year, so everything—from the bedding and towels to the kettle—is brand new. The kettle and coffee machine, in particular, felt quite high-end. We stayed in a triple room, and although it was a bit tight for three people with three suitcases, the excellent location made that minor inconvenience totally manageable. The staff were friendly and welcoming during both check-in and check-out. There was also security at the entrance until late at night, which made us feel very safe. Overall, I was very satisfied. Personally, the only downsides were the slightly weak water pressure in the shower and the sink in the bathroom being a bit too small. However, the perfect location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel easily outweighed those minor inconveniences.

Staff all amazing! Fabulous location. Loft room well designed, to maximize use of space. Single bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, more of a hard sofa than a bed, way too hard to sleep on.

This is a new hotel, it was clean and in a brilliant location. The staff however are not at all helpful and very much not prepared to help guests. I went to check in at the self check in, this was impossible and I hit call a staff member 3 times before I got irritated and went over to the bar where 3 staff members were stood chatting. Out of them only 1 knew what they were doing. There was no welcome drink offered which is what I have previously when I stayed at Moxy hotels. I was asked if I actually needed the sofa bed set up. I checked in for 3 guests, 2 adults and a child who is 6 which the hotel knew prior to me checking in, yet the hotel was only prepared for 2 guests. After asking twice at check in I got to my room to have no sofa bed set up despite them telling me they had sorted it. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The amenities are great and the loft bed was extremely spacious and comfy. The sofa bed (once actually made up) was rock hard and impossible to get comfortable on. To the point my other half ended up having a terrible nights sleep as my daughter slept in the loft bed with me. In the lobby the escalator going down was not working, I am not the biggest fan of escalators to start with and the steps are deep and it’s a steep decline especially for my daughter with little legs, this is not at all safe and should be rectified immediately! Also there was no breakfast despite being given the option upon booking.
