I am not sure if I recall reading that there are 57 steps up to this apartment!!! Which really matters if you are over 60 and carrying a 50 pound suitcase! Positives: the apartment is roomy and clean. Negatives: there is no AC and with the windows open it was very noisy during the night. Also----this apartment is right in Chinatown which means it is busy but also smells of good good all the time! Communication with management was easy and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed the stay----just be aware of stairs if you have someone in your group who has trouble.

The unit was very clean and comfortable as well as central and easy to get to with luggage from a couple tube stations. Be prepared for stairs. The shower water temps were a bit spotty.

Good location, good visit

Another property cancelled the day before our arrival, so we had to book this one at the last minute. We were a bit concerned about the location in China Town because we wanted the "London Experience," but it worked out well. We didn't focus on China Town alone, and the location is walking distance to lots of great areas (Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, theatre district, Tower of London). My only complaints were minor: lots of stairs (difficult with suitcases) and the air conditioning worked only sporadically. After staying in hotels elsewhere, we loved the convenience of the kitchen and washing machine. We definitely recommend this property.
