The studio I booked was surprisingly spacious, the kitchen had sufficient utensils for two and the appliances, although relatively basic, met our needs without issue. The bathroom was a good size and separated from the living area by a small hallway which was nice. The bedroom, although small was separated from the living area by sliding doors which also added to the overall sense of space. The large windows provided good natural light even on a dull winter day. The only issue, if indeed it is one at all, was traffic noise from the main road. The double glazing reduced this to manageable levels and no matter where you stay in central London, traffic noise is to be expected. The bed was comfortable enough for me and I had a good nights sleep, refreshed for work in the morning. Staff were helpful and friendly, providing that added security and were ready to assist if we needed any help. Conveniently a bus stop was immediately outside the front of the building and Limehouse DLR five minutes walk away. I’ve not stayed in an apartment like this before, but would say that it was far superior to many tiny hotel rooms where I have stayed in the past. I would definitely recommend and would return.

I stayed in a studio apt which was clean and spacious. The staff was responsive and helpful. The location is great, five min from DLR (light rail), giving easy access to London’s extensive public transportation network. Nearby are cafes, pubs and at least one small grocery store.

Ideal location for Troxy as it’s just across the road. Room was spacious and very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Doesn’t look very pretty as a building but inside the room was really lovely. Reception staff were great and very helpful. Security guard around on an evening which was reassuring to see, made us feel secure.

Super noisy other guests and no way to contact the reception, WhatsApp QR code didn't work and nobody picked up the phone. Also just too hot to close the windows for the night so did not sleep. Nice place otherwise but at bare minimum when you stay somewhere you'd like to be able to sleep.

I did not like this place at all. Location is terrible. Washer was broken in the first apartment. Moved to another unit and then that apartment smelled like smoke. Washer smelled like mildew. No AC. Opened the windows and it was so loud outside at night that I could not sleep at all. Would never stay here again.
