The property condition was poor. In stead of “Luxury” apartment, it should be Basement Motel. 1. It had narrow steps, hard to access with strong smell of mold throughout the apartment. The smell was the worst in the bedroom and the hallway. It was hard to sleep with the smell even when we had the fans on all night. 2. Most of the furnitures in the apartment are in poor quality and mostly broken. 3. There was a kitchen but not functional. 4. It was located in “city centre”, but everything was half hour away by train or bus. 5. There was no service on the property even though the owner lived upstairs. There was no bell service . No extra toilet tissue.

Check in was very difficult. I contacted the property 24 hours before but did not receive a response with check in procedure. I called once arrived and found the conversation difficult due to language barriers. W ran out of toilet paper and there was none spare in the apartment. Took some time to get more. No contact details or information is left in the apartment at all.

We stayed at the property for 7 nights . The location is excellent with good connectivity to central London . But the property was not serviced even once for the stay . Apart from this they said 2 bedrooms but actually there is only one bedroom . The other bed is in a partition of hall with no privacy and the sofa bed was not comfortable. The washing machine was not working they said they will fix it but they did not . Overall it was a good stay with some inconvenience.

Lovely basement apartment with great natural light in dining room & main bedroom. Fits 4 people comfortably. Clean, renovated, warm, well ventillated & quiet. Easy to find, Just around corner from good pub with English & Indian meals. Short walk to Underground/Overground but with big luggage recommend taking a cab. They were kind enough to arrange early check in. An explanation or instrucation sheet on how everything works would have been helpful. Enjoyed our walk through Kensington Palace Gardens to Buckingham Palace via Royal Albert Hall. The gardens have squirrels & lots of water birds incl. white swans, playgrounds for the kids, jogging areas on hard and soft surfaces, tennis centre; we even saw horse riders, in summer people swim in the lake, go boating & luna park is on the other side.

Lägenhet i hus med bra läge

Bra läge. Nära till buss och tunnelbana. Extra plus för att vi fick checka in kl. 10 istället för kl 14. Det hade behövts vädras innan tillgång till lägenheten då, då det luktade väldigt unket. Men med dörr som gick att öppna mot baksida och två bra fläktar vädrades det ganska snabbt av oss. Vi var 6 pers. Sängarna var sköna. Bäddfåtöljen mindre skön och bäddsoffan ok. Stort plus för alla USB uttag i köket. Dusch och badkar. Rena handdukar. (För få lakan dock.)
