The hotel is extremely unkept and not clean at all! First room we was given had mould around the windows and in the bath. After a hard negotiation my family and I managed to get moved to another room, which was a slight improvement compared to the last. No mould but instead wholes in the carpet and clearly not dusted for a while. Both rooms were cold and the hallways stunk of fish. Furthermore, breakfast was advertised as a buffet. However, we were presented with a choice of cereal, toast, tuna mayonnaise, eggs, cucumber, tomatoes and toast. No fresh juice, no fruit, no yogurt and no hot food. The whole experience was terrible! If only I had read trip adviser before booking :(. I defiantly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent one night - 17th May 2017. The room was like a cell. HM Prisons are better fitted out! Lights took ages to get any sort of brightness. WiFi didn't work. BBC channels didn't work. Tacky furnishing and sticky floors. Legs on main chair were wonky and about to fall apart. Bizarre food offering at breakfast. Reception staff couldn't care less.... I only work here mate - not my problem! Worst hotel experience for a long, long time. Will NEVER go back in a thousand years.

Hotel provided everything we needed. Room was small but we were only after a bed for the night when visiting London. 5 minute walk to the underground and breakfast was very basic. I'd book here again.

I booked this hotel as we were visiting London to attend the boxing at Wembley Stadium. The location is great as it is 5 minutes from the M1 and 20 minutes to the Stadium by an Uber taxi (traffic permitting). When you walk in to the reception it is nice an spacious, nice decor and friendly staff. The corridors to the rooms are quite narrow with uneven flooring. The rooms we booked were two doubles 46 and 47. They are a fair size with room around the bed. If you want to use the kettle you have to put it on the floor to reach the plug. The whole place is poorly maintained, our room had a broken window handle which was loose so was a pain in the backside to open! The sealant around the shower tray is frankly shocking! The bed wasn't even made properly and the duvet cover was too small for the duvet. It dipped in the middle so much that you both rolled in the centre of the bed so was not comfortable. The wardrobe is placed right in front of the Window too, so was a nightmare to close the curtains properly. Don't expect your usual breakfast. The options were, Tuna mayo with sweetcorn, mashed eggs, boiled eggs, cucumber, tomato, cucumber and tomato salad and a selection of breads. I'm not sure if they offer this as it is located in a Jewish Community or not but, why would they not offer food to cater for a wider spectrum of tastes. In a nutshell, get some new beds, a new maintenance man and provide a full English breakfast!

Outside the area looks dirty and horrible, inside isn't much better! The first room was on the second floor, heating was on FULL so was like an oven, couldn't turn off the radiator, windows full open still cooking, the beds are like put me ups, the mattress on the double was appalling, large poking out springs wouldn't even put a dog on it. Got moved to a second room, again radiator couldn't be turned off, when movie night the single beds together the walls were covered in damp. Breakfast was included but was only chopped salad? Toast &boiled eggs, hardly breakfast at all! Bit of a rip off. However staff were friendly and helpful. But would NOT stay ever again.

Don't know why people are complaining. The hotel is in a good location, on a bustling high street with several restaurants and small supermarkets. A ten minute walk or few minutes bus drive to the tube station. Most of the staff are pleasant and friendly but there are a couple of grumpy ones. The beds are comfortable and whenever we were not pleased with the room we were moved to a better one, you just have to ask. The breakfast is monotonous but the new coffee machine is a welcome addition. My main gripe is having to pay for internet, it used to be free a few years ago.

If you want a dirty hotel, dark, old, smelly, with a basic and weak breakfast, unfriendly staff, 15min walk from the tube (imagine rainny days) and in zone 3, no basic conditions, no free wifi, no minimum room service, this Is your choice. Small room, no heating or air conditioner, miserable bathroom (hygiene products are a shower gel industrial size that was used by everyone), no hair dryer, no clean towels (2 clean in 4 in our case), bed with broken springs, sheets were never changed in the 3 nights.... breakfast in uk without cheese... whihout ham... without scrambled eggs... without bacon... only bolled eggs, bread, butter and jelly, and a machine for coffee and milk and another for juices and water! never saw anything like this! first time in my life! Zone 3 tube (expensive), 15 min walking in an Hammish neighborhood (it was calm... sometimes), bus at the door. Except the first two receptionist.. all the other weren´t nice.. wifi ... £1 - 1 hour... £9 per day! Absolutely unbelievable in the XXI century! Smoking smell every day bu night is non-smoking hotel rooms... not pleasant!

We went with friends - most of us had single rooms - I think 5 sqm rooms with shower and WC. It was not really clean - but we thought "ok for one night". But to be honest - nobody could sleep or sleep well during the night. The "one point" I gave is because of the very friendly person (a she) at the reception. We will not go again. For sure!

Okay so we're a family of 4 and we just wanted a five night stay at the lowest price possible. Well for the price the hotel is an utter disaster. Lets start with room its self .. the bathroom had a cracked toilet .. the bath did not have any antislippery tiles .. which made me fall and bruising my leg through the rest of the trip. The double bed was not comfortable at all .. on side was lumpy and the other was stiff which was weird !! And not to mention that we had a beaten refrigerator as a view ! English breakfast only consisted of eggs, tomatoes and bread. So basically we were stuck eating that for five days as breakfast. Not to mention the fact that the hotel is in zone 3 .. so the money we thought that we saved from the trip we still ended up using them to travel to the city centre.

The hotel itself was average, and the whole place smelt like sewage. That being said it's pretty cheap for a hotel in London, there was parking available and it's cheap to get an uber in central London.
