The apartment is clean, well organized. Host provided milk, juice and very good coffee! Instructions through WhatsApp is crystal clear, very smooth check-in and check-out process. Location is very close to portobello road market, and need bus like #70, 52 ,7 to travel to down town area, about 20-30mins away. There could be noise from back side when window is opened, but it quiet down at night. The neighborhood is safe to walk at night, and plenty of food options nearby. Will highly recommend to others.

Great apartment! Clean, updated, comfortable. The location is perfect, a three-minute walk to Portobello Road and all that it offers. As other reviewers have said, Clifford is very responsive to any needs. Our apartment was on the third level, which needs to be considered if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. A great rental overall, highly recomnended.

It is my first time to stay in a home-based accommodation when travel. But, I have a good experience with my first trial with the apartment. The location is convenient to city center with mass transit and supermarkets. Also, I did had a non-standard requirement for the house owner Clifford. He has been helpful to solve my problem. As a conclusion, I will stay in the same place again when I travel to London next time and recommend it to my other friends.

Cute apartment located in a great area. Within about a 15 min walk to the tube, and had lots of shopping and restaurants around. Host was very easy to contact, and it was an easy check in and check out. Overall great stay.

Nice quaint little apartment outside the city area

Pictures are not what we stayed in - small apartment beds were comfortable - owner provided juice, water and milk for our stay. Soaps and shampoos are provided in bathroom. One issue was the windows in the front do not open and it was warm in the apartment - the back bedroom windows could be opened but downstairs restaurant workers were loud and smoking so smoke came right up into the bedroom so we had to close the windows. Owner does communicate well so if you need assistance he will respond in a timely manner.

Lovely little find

Clifford was great, met at check in and was super helpful. The beds were comfy; the area was quiet and at night. Lots of pubs, shops and restaurants in the area. Would happily stay again.

Home from home

Perfect for an extended business trip, felt like home from home and so much better than a hotel. Check in and out process is very easy. Everything provided that you need to cater for yourself including essentials such as tea, coffe, sugar. There was even milk, juice and water in the fridge. Everything very clean and comfortable and the apartment is in a quiet area.

Great time with family in london

The apartment was great and walking distance to the underground and great portobello street market. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfotable, eveything you would need supplied for your stay. One thing to be aware of is there isn't a lift. There are multiple apartments so you can request a lower floor which i wish I knew before as we were on top floor. My 75 yr old mother is a trooper but I'm sure a lower floor would have been appreciated. Not that it's guaranteed but they were hospitable and I'm sure they would try to accommodate if you need lower floor. Overall great experience. Oh and if your walking from the train pulling suitcases and gps takes you down a cobble street you can go over one street for an easier go of it :)

Lovely apartment on 2nd floor

Lovely 2 bed apt with good facilities. 2nd floor though, we didn't realise this, and was a struggle to carry luggage up and down, considering travelling with mum who's a little less able to carry her luggage, and a pregnant sister and toddler! No lifts available. Caters for 4+1 on a sofa bed, a little squeeze as only 1 toilet and shower, but everything is lovely, good conditioned, and working! Importantly, well heated for us tropical visitors from Malaysia!
