We thought we were paying less for a less convenient location, but the bed quality was poor (one queen was a pull out sofa, the other a Murphy bed). Our necks hurt from the hard foam pillows. The service elevator was inoperable. All service personnel had to use the 4 elevators for guests, making waits for elevators long. The rooms needed to be upgraded. The "ocean" view suite we booked, didn't have a make up mirror, and no fan in the bathroom. The bed was good but the didn't tuck in the sheets. They were to short. Staff was cordial. We had a convention there with classes that lasted through Sunday. When asked for a later checkout, we had to be out by 11am. There were conflicting stories on whether they were booked for that day.
Great service. Great food. Great pool. Lots of stores for shopping and restaurants. Nice pool
The hotel itself is very outdated, but overall it has everything you need, great food and drink prices, beautiful views, helpful staff, and shockingly the bed was so comfortable!
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the view was amazing!
