1. While booking i saw that the condo had a king bed and a queen bed, but i was given a room which had 2 queen beds and no king bed.
2. At 10.35ish am on 11/27, the day when we were checking out, i had a talk with a front desk lady over the phone, requesting for a 30mins late checkout at 11.30am, but instead of trying to find something, she said no. Well, that is fine still. But the way she said it was extremely rude. And over and above that she actually slammed the receiver of the phone when i was talking.
Is this kind of an expected behavior which is expected from a person who sits at the front desk and is supposed to take in queries and qualms of customers staying at the resort?
