I stopped here for one night on a road trip. The motel is very convenient to the interstate and is easy to find. Check in was pretty slow -- there was a large group ahead of me but I still felt that group could have been processed in a quicker fashion. My check in was quick and easy. The motel was undergoing some renovation when I was there which did provide a little inconvenience. The room was in an older style but was in good condition. Despite the fact my room backed onto the interstate there was very little road noise apparent throughout the night. There are restaurants in the area but not close by the motel so I had to wander my way through town to find something. I did use the pool and hot tub -- they were older but still in good shape. Overall it was a decent stay for the night.

Not worth the money, going down hill, poor repainted job in Bath , toilet to low to floor, food ok, front desk people are fine, club chair has seen its years, window had condensation on them, great parking for large trucks, Best Western Plus and Days Inn had more to offer

Going from one national park to another just a one night stay but it was a great treat to stay here ... Very clean rooms great staff .... Super good breakfast ... Hot eggs and sausage and all the rest all fresh and clean

Stayed here one night. Got in late, easy check in, room very clean. Did not stay for breakfast , so cannot comment there. Two story hotel , but no elevators so we had to take the stairs. Right off the interstate so it was easy to find and access. Would recommend, but nothing special.

I was a little worried staying in Las Vegas, NM on New Year's Even with my SUV full of all belongings (I was moving to Denver). My worries were unfounded. It's a very safe hotel to stay overnight as you travel. And when I got inside, I was more pleasantly surprised. Great value!

The staff at this comfort inn was very friendly. The breakfast person was very nice and was keeping up nicely with the food even when the motel was full of high school basketball players. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

With Paid Reservation in hand....after a 12hr trip I was looking forward to the room described on the website.. DISAPPOINTING isn’t even close to my reaction. Filthy room, stained fabric chairs, stains and debris molded into carpet. TV not working. Picked up phone to call front desk ....no cord. Manager comes to room to inform us, no other rooms are available and yes she aware there was no working television for room 201, but she rented it anyways. The manager couldn’t do anything about the television because she wasn’t maintenance nor could she do anything about the filthy of the room because she was not housekeeping. She could however give us 30.00 off the room for inconvenience. And feel free to make a complaint.. If I wasn’t so tired and it being late....I’d move on ..to think the manager/reservation department of the Comfort Inn of Las Vegas New Mexico, would knowing rent to guest a room in such poor conditions. Included some pics chair, ceiling carpet. DONT STAY!!!!!! I

The breakfast was good and well organized. The bathroom required some painting. We like the setup of the property. Easy to park near room door. The keys did not work many times for exterior door 3 but was told after the new year it would be replaced.

We stayed at Las Vegas NM and regretted it. It was a late night and we were tired. Sheets revealed white smeary "stuff". As we had brought all bags, dog items in, we did not want to move upstairs. I opted to put clean sheets on bed. The clerk said we would receive compensation. The morning clerk said she could do nothing. The heater ran on HIGH only. In order to stay warm we listened to that all night long. Miserable stay.

Not happy about staying there. Older decor and bathroom was in very poor shape. Mold on walls above shower. Hot tub was broken and not mentioned when we specifically asked about it at the desk prior to checking in. A tile saw sitting next to pool and dust all around. If we weren't so tired would have left.
