When I walked in to check in it smelled like marijuana, and the one room had water damage, and bugs, and the other room had a clogged drain, and bedbugs
Quality of breakfast items needs improvement. too cheap
The room had not been cleaned — there was a used contact lens on the nightstand, chocolate (I hope) smeared on the bed cover, and a dirty end table.
Excellent hotel for the price. Really I’m was very clean.

This property was convenient for location and being pet friendly. The property is out of date and definitely not meeting the expectation of being best western "plus". My experience with best western plus locations has been much better on the past and this is below the consistency I'm used to from even the basic level best western.
