The room was so dirty, the carpet was so gross. They shouldn’t let guests use a room in that condition. The kitchen sink was not properly cleaned. It even smelled moldy in the kitchen area. Even if they are full, they should have 24 hrs vacancy before they let another guest use the room. I was willing to just transfer to a different room but the conversation with the staff revealed that they let guests follow another guest in the same facility without a . 24-hr interval like how other hotels do during the pandemic I am just glad that they refunded the advanced booking for the second night. We had no choice but to stay the first night since we arrived past midnight.

Floor was dirty and not vacuumed, bed was hard and uncomfortable, window fan rattled disturbingly loud so I had to shut it off. Not a pleasant stay.

The carpet was wet outside in the hallway. They had fans running the room itself was dirty 4 bugs on bathroom floor looked like water bugs or beetles the carpet was wet and bedding looks as if it was not changed very disappointing will never stay there again

It was a short drive to Purdue University. It was close to the expressway and surrounded by many restaurants.

Will request a refund. Terrible. You can't even see the bottom of the pool it is so disgusting. All of the appliances in the room were either breaking or broken.

I had specifically requested and paid for 2 queen beds and got a King instead. My son ended up spending the night on the floor and apart from a few extra sheets, there was no extra bedding that the hotel could provide. The following night the AC went out after a brief power outage. I called the reception multiple times and each time the shift manager insisted that the AC would come back on in a few minutes but it did not come back on all night. This is my first and last stay at a LQ property.

Stopped here late while traveling. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had hoped to use the pool in the morning only to discover that it was closed for repairs. Fortunately, we were able to use the pool next door before heading out on the rest of the trip. Facilities were clean and comfortable,

Really noisy room right by the highway. Other than that it was good enough for the price

Room seemed cleaned though it smelled kind of like bug spray when we first got there. Shower was broken. Breakfast was better than I expected and the fitness area was decent. The pool area seemed like it could have been cleaner. Overall not bad for what you pay I guess. Probably wouldn't stay here again though.

No curb appeal. As we pulled up to the hotel we arrived at the back door. It looked like where the front should be but they chose to face the highway with the front of the hotel. The lobby was there to do it job, check you in, but it was unappealing. Finally, the room was large but uncomfortable. It had one chair and a desk. For two of us, this set up did not allow for an opportunity to relax before going to sleep. Overall, just an average hotel.

Nice hotel with easy access to interstate. Was clean,quiet and safe. Healthier breakfast options would be great!

Had an excellent stay. Food, pool, hot tub, rooms, AC, staff, etc all 5.0. Had three rooms and three generations plus pets in one room. Everyone happy with service, location central to weekend activities. Clean, cool, calm for a Labor Day weekend. Restaurants close, bridal shop close which became very important for literal last minute alterations. Stayed here before and will again. Incredible value for the money. Bravo.

It was very nice and a plus to be pet friendly for my baby. Good place for a night!

The hotel and room were nice. The breakfast seemed inadequate compared to other La Quintas who have a better spread.

Service at Front Desk at check in outstanding. Ask for a room on the shopping center side instead of on the freeway side.

It appears that La Quinta is the only businesss in this country that does not have the ability to credit an account if the individual wishes to check out a day early. Apparently the hotel chain is that pressed for business. The individuals at the office ought to be informed of the rules. I was told I could check out with no issues earlier if desired but when I tried to another clerk said I couldn't.
