We loved staying at this property! The place itself is quite charming with plenty of room for the 3 of us on the trip. Great shower/tub setup in the bathroom and nice little kitchen area. Bedrooms are nice sized and feel very authentic Japanese. But the best part was the service we received from the staff/owners of the property - they were fantastic and extremely helpful, from offering to make dinner reservations for us to providing directions in Japanese to our cab driver. They were top-notch!

Lovely historic house

We loved staying in this beautiful house during our trip to Kyoto. The staff was incredibly helpful, sending lots of information in advance and arranging taxi service from the train station. The house itself is historic and in an awesome location, close to many of the temples, Gion, restaurants, metros, grocery store, and bus stops. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely come back. Thank you!

La casa tiene encanto,el único pero es que con el frio que hacia,deberian de haber tenido la delicadeza de haber caldeado la casa para cuando llegásemos,estaba como una nevera.
