OK, the room is small, so family of 3, very challenging navigate around the room, but most hotel rooms are small in Japan, so not complain about it, but wish a bit bigger room would be nice. Other than, everything was very nice, exceptional location, and hotel staff very nice and attentive, located in quite street, and tons of restaurants close by (but be warn that they are a bit pricy and some even overpriced), and having breakfast in hotel is a big plus, good variety of breakfast options, of course, you are ok to eat fish appetizers in the morning, you are in luck. I can easily recommend this hotel!
