This is a wonderful property. The lounge is very nice. Very walkable to Aeon mall and train station is right in front of hotel. The staff is great and helpful with all your needs. Very nice family environment. This place also has dryer and washer coin operated very convenient.

The hotel is comfortable only the downside is when your room is above the train tracks and you are a light sleeper, it’s hard to sleep because trains passed by beside the hotel, your sleep is just being interrupted especially you are experiencing jet lag from a long flight coming from North America. Otherwise, the property is excellent having their own laundry machine in the building.

Autumn weekend at inflated price.

We stayed here in the most popular part of autumn (fall) and that made it quite expensive. Nevertheless it was worth it, all the Kyoto Shrines and Temples were stunning at this time of year. The hotel was clean and functional with an adequate breakfast. Also the hotel is very convenient to the local station which has a direct link to Nara. So it is good for both Kyoto and Nara.

Enjoyed my stay here. Right across the station and 1 stop away from Tokyo station. Friendly staff that helps with filling out yamato luggage forwarding forms. Wifi works great. Near convenience and grocery stores. About a 7-10 minute walk from Toji temple. Spacious room. 3 washing machines (laundry status/time is conveniently displayed on the tv). Free snacks. Rooms could have a bit more deeper cleaning but nothing terrible. Would stay here again and would recommend.

The staff are lovely and super helpful. The rooms are clean but, unfortunately considering the costs the overall experience wasn't worth it. For a standard room it's terribly small, especially for a couple with luggage, there's no storage soace. The pillows are awful, hard and uncomfortable with no alternative. Like most hotels the heating is centrally controlled but it gets unbearable warm. The windows don't open making the air stagnant. There's AC but, I personally don't like to have this on a constant. The local area doesn't have much going for it but, it's conveniently located near to the station.
