Super clean room and extremely convenient and close to NISHIKI Market. Workers here are so nice and foreigner friendly. They also luggage forward here and they take card. I love the location and will stay here again.

Hotel is located in a quiet street but close to shopping area and restaurants. It is within walking distance to all public transportations. Hotel room is small but very clean and has all necessary amenities. Hotel staff are courteous and very helpful!

Clean room. Very helpful staff. Great location. The hotel has an onsen which was great after a long day of walking around. We used a service to forward our luggage to Osaka which reception recommended and it was perfect. Luggage arrived earlier than expected in Osaka.

The breakfast is ¥3300/person and is quite good. The biggest plus of this hotel is its location. It's literally within walking distance to everything. The interior design is exquisite. The room is a bit on the small side but adequate. The Japanese bath is open all night until 10 am. The one small minus is that the cleaning staff often forgot to refill the coffee packets. I had to call the front desk 3 days for delivery after finding no coffee in the room. BTW, the hotel information sheet in the room doesn't explain how to call the front. I had to inquire in person to find out that it's pressing #.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with great access to buses and subway. For those who like to walk, it’s about a 20 min walk to Gion. Right by some big department stores and popular dining/shopping area. Yet the hotel is on a quiet street so it was perfect. I only booked room and not breakfast so cannot comment on the food. The rooms were spacious and clean. I especially liked the separation of the sink, toilet and shower area— makes it easier to share the room. Provided amenities were great.
