The hotel is located in a convenience location and in a quiet neighborhood. We were far enough from all of the crowds but also close enough by walking distance. The room is pretty spacious for Japanese standard. We were also able to organized luggage transport service (Ta-Q-Bin) with Yamato transport that arrived at the hotel 1 day before our arrival. When we got to the hotel, the staff already brought our luggages to the room for us. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff really made this trip better for us. We are not traditional tourists. My husband was having an art exhibition and we had lots of luggage and work type needs.The staff helped us make a local call for an appointment and called a taxi for us. The room was wonderful. I wish they would add a few detailes to their website so that its clear the delux studio has a wash machine in the roomand soap. However, this is minor in the grand scheme of things. The location can't be beat. There is a grocery store right around the corner and so many popular sights to walk to.
The washing machine, just google the panel in English with model of machine, or read the card directions in the room. Also enjoy provided laundry soap if your in the deluxe studio.

The staff was helpful during our stay. We did luggage transfer from Kyoto to Tokyo and the staff helped us with the process. The room was very clean, water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bathroom was beautiful and spotless. Good amenities. Location was perfect. Will definitely come again!!

This was my second time staying here, I really enjoyed it. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful with any questions. This hotel does luggage delivery as well. The location is good, far from any noise but close enough to walk to the main area and nishiki market. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. For solo travelers its very spacious. Air conditioning works well. The bathrooms are pretty big as well. In the main lobby there is a water and ice machine.

We were lucky to get free room upgrade! The young man checked in us on 9/6 is super nice, polite and speaks fluent English! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this hotel if we ever visit Kyoto again! The room is sleek comfortable and clean, there is safe which we utilized it. The hotel is in very convenient location, easily getting around shopping and dining! The room was very quiet and we slept very well. Every staff we encountered are very professional and nice, all speak fluent English and always helpful! They greet us when we leave the hotel and when we back to hotel. 100% recommended this hotel! Thank you very much!

Beautiful property

Beautiful hotel, wish I stayed there longer. Services was great and the only thing I could comment is the buffet (breakfast) not my kind of food for the am, but may be great for others. The little cafe has great sandwiches. They had free wine, beer and snacks, which I think was nice.
