This hotel is a bit far from main attractions but if you are willing to walk or take the bus it’s a great place to stay. The rooms are big and the bed is amazing! The best we had during our stay in Japan. The hotel is close to the Nijo station which is good for some of the sites but most require many changes so we would just walk and enjoy the sites along the way. We also loved the staff and the breakfast was decent. Highly recommend

Hotel is in a excellent area, you can move easly with the train station right in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean, has everything you need, shower was really spacious better than other hotels, feels new. Overall on my trip to japan this was the best hotel i stay in. Great hotel to explore Kyoto. Right next to the station for easy access. Rooms were big and comfortable with amazing shower. We ended up extending our stay there twice. Will absolutely stay there again if we are back in teh city. Great food in the cinema mall on the opposite side of the station.
