The location is close to a few malls and the tram station. The property is new and a nice view. However the service of the management is horrible. We arrived to the property and had to ask security to call the manament people. Then we had to wait a long time a considerable amount of time for someone to just hand over the keys and that was it. Noone to show is around or anything. The flat was nice but dishes were not clean. Wifi only works in one corner of the living room. As soon as we had gotten into the flat the management people and landlord started texting that they wanted to collect the money for the stay. To our surprise they only accept cash, which was difficult to withdraw all at once. But the most disapointing aspect was the checkout. Our flight was in the evening and we asked to keep our luggage at their office. The answer was simply "we cant help woth that, leave the keys in the mailbox by no later than noon". If there is no space to leave luggage they could at least recommend or try to help. Overall we did not feel welcome at all and felt they just cared about collecting money.

nice photos.... BUT

Nice listing photos. However, the room has signs of wear, hair on floors when arrived, broken/missing items. Bed and pillows also not comfortable. Damage in walls not repaired... These are rented condos and no hotel type amenities. For similar $ i would suggest staying at a near by hotel instead....

The unit was much larger than expected and was decorated nicely. It was VERY comfortable and close to anything my family needed. We will definitely stay here again!

As per photos, nicely furnished. Good value for money. Communication v poor. Check in difficult as guards at gate house didn’t know where key was and took ages to get info re parking space. Payment was a hassle as had to wait in for someone to come and collect money. Again communication poor about time.

The location is goooooood. We really enjoyed the street food right in front of the place. The room is very very spacious. We only used 50% of the space. Very nice equipped. We definitely come back.

We booked after reading all the wonderful reviews on the property. We liked that it is not too far from the big malls like Pavillion. There's a couple of smaller malls within 5 mins walk too. However, the room that we were allocated was not in an ideal condition. there's a thumb-print-sized blood stain on the curtain in the master bedroom. The bath tub in the master toilet is not in a very clean condition as well. Cutleries in the kitchen were also rusty. There's also a musky urine smell in the common room toilet. Hopefully, the management will take a look at the condition of unit #23-12 and rectify the areas that needs to be, before pests and corrosion worsens further. We noticed that the wall and floor between the master bedroom and its bathroom is cracking from water corrosion. If left not rectified asap, the unit downstairs will start to have leaking issues in due time. It is likely caused by poor water-proofing in the bathroom, especially te bath tub area.

Great value for money option. Clean and Tidy apartment with coffee machine and Netflix (Bonus). Self check in and check out, which was new for me. But worked amazingly smoothly; just collect keys from mail box and dropped off again after the stay. I was able to communicate via whatsapp using the number on Expedia with the property company Iconstay. The swimming pool was amazing which the children really loved ...even has sauna and Jacuzzi. Would recommend highly

Checkin and checkout was smooth. Apartment is clean ; and furnishing is new. Well maintained and clean. Condo security friendly and helpful. At level 32; a picture perfect view of both Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Best value stay to date. Will definitely come back to stay in my next visit.

1) シャワーの排水溝の水の流れがよくなかった。 2) Gのタクシーを呼ぶ時、建物の住所の登録がGoole mapゃタクシー会社でないため、待ち合わせに非常に苦労しました。 3) 部屋の掃除が無いため、ティシュやトイレットペーパーなどは、調達しなければなりません。 4) Early checkin の確認が非常に難しかった。 5) 上記のコメント以外は、問題なくお部屋も広く快適に過ごすことができました。
