It was a beautiful property, and the pool overlooked the bay. My only negative issue they charged me more than half the price for my girfrieds son to stay in room with us. Unsat!!!!
The private pool villa is outstanding I would return to phi phi just to stay there. It was a highlight of our whole thailand trip. I was less impressed by service. The way they try to nickel and dime you at checkout is absurd. They tried to withhold my deposit for disposable slippers and shampoo bottles. Like are they seriously recycling slippers and charging me to use their shampoo and conditioner for a $300/night villa??
Not clean on glasses window and wall dirty in bathroom for 4 days.
Room smelled like mold, mold in the shower, frequent power outages, which turns off the WiFi, air conditioning and tv, excessive fines for lost or stolen items. WiFi and tv were out of order multiple days. Nice pool, though.
Location is great, right on the beach and right on the main strip for shopping, bars, and food. The pool was beautiful, great staff that works by the bars. The major downside for this property is their beds, or lack there of I should say. There was only a box spring, no mattress. When asking the front desk if potentially our room had just been forgotten with mattress distribution, we were informed that this is normal. We had reserved the deluxe room so I expected more for the money paid. Also, the shower was quite dirty and no water pressure. All in all, good property location and staff is friendly.
The hotel overall is very nice; room, pool, restaurant on the beach, and the beach and is very large. It's right on the beach and is so convenient. Like the other reviews, the noise level does get loud at late at night from the partying but that didn't bother us. It's so close to everything and very central that we really enjoyed that.
Great views. Near to bar and restaurants. Good weather. Loved the pool
