The customer service needs to improve. Asking a simple question to the staff would seem like we were bothering them. Also, the hotel cost per night does not align with the condition of the property. Oh and not to mention the insect problem.

Good location. Love the vibe and pool. Bit noisy party place so u need to like it. Basic rooms not nice so try to book better category

Very close to beach and literally at the doorsteps of bang la road. a little older and loud due to proximity to bang la road. escalator was not working and we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
Nice hotel; however be aware that it is quite far from the airport as well as the port/marina of Phuket. Took almost 2 hours to get to the marina for a tour (both ways). also the hotel has two buildings. One has an elevator, the other does not. I was on the third floor with no elevator. There is an escalator going from level 1 to level 2 (up only). Carrying 4 bags up and down the stairs -- not easy!! Rooms are a little out dated and need a make over.
The rooms were spacious and the staff was nice. The beds were very firm, which was not to my liking.
Hotel staff are very mean. They were trying to make us to pay more for things that we didn’t do.
The Hotel is nice and is definitely located in the center of the action of the city. It is a short walk to anything in the area. The room was nice and spacious. pool view on the first floor would be the way to go the next time around. the pool is great and the bar is a great place to meet all the people in the hotel. The guest are a mix of peoples from all over the globe so it is interesting to meet people. My only complaint was with the staff. They moved slowly and dd not seem to care or take pride in their work. I had a message and a delivery sent to me. No one took the time to inform me that it was there. Even on the last day as I was checking out nothing was said. I asked if there was anything left and sure enough they checked and there was. I was shocked; what would have happened had I not asked? However if you are looking for a nice place in the center of Pattong this is a good choice.
good hotel very close to the action. The room was decent wifi was good. Only issue was the breakfast. The croissant and pancakes was cold. I'm not use to that. The staff was friendly. The pool was good and the beach is literally 2 mins away

You need either a taxi or a pre-arranged shuttle to go to/from the airport. A single-trip to the hotel in a taxi is about 800 Baht. If there is enough people going to the same area, you can get a mini van coz the price will be shared. The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but after walking round the hotel a few times, you'll have no problem finding it. Close to everything - restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. it is also very close to Bangla Road, which is closed to vehicle traffic in the evening and turns into a walking street. If you are someone who loves nightlife (loud music, bars, cheap alcohol, and some adult-oriented clubs), it's only about 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Think about New Orleans Bourbon Street, just a little less crazy. Definitely an Orbitz VIP hotel. We originally booked a plaza room, got upgraded to a deluxe room with a jacuzzi. Also got discount vouchers for the restaurant, spa, laundry, but we didn't get to use some of the vouchers due to better promotions. Laundry price is pretty good, consider the most expensive piece is ~$3 USD/~$5 USD dry cleaning. Spa is awesome, staff is super friendly, and the price is very decent. For example, with the promo, my husband and I each got a 2-hour body massage + tips for less than $92 USD total! On site restaurant is also good, a little pricey compare to the food outside. ***Highly recommend to have mosquito repellents inside the room. You can buy them easily at nearby pharmacies.
Great location, very clean modern hotel in the middle of the madness! Sure at 4am you can hear the bass bumping , but isn't that why we stay in this area? Only alarming thing was I forgot my key on 2 occasions and was issued a new one just by saying my room number at 4am... with no id or questions
But that is it. Nothing good to talk about. Wifi sucks.
