Very nice facility considering affordable price. We loved almost everything about it. We upgraded to BusaKorn Wing on our last two nights with pool access. Pools are beautiful and relaxing in both wings. Breakfast buffets are the best I’ve ever had. So many options and all in good quality. There’re something for everyone. Service are top notch and you’re treated like a VIP the whole stay. Location is great, close to the beach (across the street), walkable to many restaurants/shops/party area/etc. Free parking on site. We feel very safe. Facility are well maintained. I wish our trip were longer. Definitely recommending this place for anyone. My one downside was it was hard to find the right water temperature on the main wing.

We made accommodations for three people and they only accommodated two people even though we paid the extra fees to have a larger space to accommodate three people. Hotel staff did nothing to help.

Everything was easy and comfortable the staff so helpful and respectful. A taxi was there when I needed it so things to do eat and drink was so convenient for me.
