I'd recommend for a cheap four star hotel !! The breakfast was no good . Bathrooms are a bit dirty!! I don't think they have bleach? I slept and watched some television , otherwise I walked everywhere for food and such. 7 eleven is across the street for cheap fluids and snacks. Saw one large rat near hotel , no cockroaches or large spiders in room :)
Good location, close to shops & restaurants, although online pictures look much better than actual hotel.
We stayed here for a night while traveling to Phi Phi. The hotel staff was friendly and prompt; however, the room had been sprayed with bug spray without any ventilation. We opened the sliding door to get fresh air but over the coarse of our stay it never subsided. The AC unit leaked like Niagra Falls and the hair dryer only works on low. With the muggy heat you will never be able to dry your hair. Other than those items the stay was suitable.
Good value. Abt 15 walk to beach. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast also good. Full service and appears to be remodeled within last 5 years. Close to stores and restaurants

Freindly staff, great with check in and check out. About 10-15 minute walk to the beach but feels like 30 because it's so hot outside. There was also about a 3 hour period where the air conditioning was out throughout the hotel which was hard to live through but we made it and it didn't happen again in our stay. The bathrooms could use a little work...the shower drains into the toilet area if you run it for too long, pool could be a little bit colder but overall the hotel was comfortable with really cheap food and drinks, 50% off during happy hour at the bar!
We enjoyed our time here. Room was fine. A few ants on the balcony, but welcome to Thailand. Spa was good. Pedicures were just ok. Restaurant good enough. Nice breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful. We were most pleased by the bill. It's a higher level of service than you'd expect for the price. That's our USA perspective.
Nice hotel, clean, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. I really have nothing bad to say. The location was a little out of the way. 10-15 minute walk to the beach. 5-15 minute walk for shopping/dining. Never ate at the restaurant but it looked nice and had a good menu. Hotel was recently renovated, so the rooms were nice and new inside. Free internet was a + Pool was a little small. Very good hotel in Patong for the price.
New hotel with great service, rooms are nice and clean, good size and confortable. Great value for the price. Only issue is location is about 5 blocks from the beach and somehow little far from Pathong nightlife action.
