This resort is in the perfect location, right opposite Otop Bars and markets, opposite the beach, walking distance to Jung Ceylon shopping complex and Bangla Road. Who could ask for more. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is awesome and plentiful and constantly replenished so you won't miss out of anything. There are four lovely pools, one with a swim up Bar. There's no smoking around the pools only designated smoking areas or at the Bar. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I think the mattress was too hard for our looking and pillows too soft, otherwise an enjoyable stay. The resort was fully booked so we were unable to extend our room for a few hours on check out but they have showers so we had a nice shower before heading to the airport in the early evening. We will stay here again as it's so close to everything.

Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first. I found it harder getting into our hotel room as opposed to getting into Thailand itself. Apparently we need our departure card? Didn't need them in Bangkok.....Then the room key wouldn't open. And what's with these bathrooms with visibility from the bedroom?! All we needed was a bed to lay down on after a day of travelling and our first experience of this hotel wasn't the best. Don't ask this hotel desk to book our cabs. We gave them the business card for a place we wanted to visit that we knew was open, and the receptionist told us it was closed. She then called one of her mafia taxi drivers over to us who offered to take us shopping. No doubt to places that he would recieve a commission at. What made this place great to stay at is its location - its near where everything is happening but far enough from it so that it's quiet at night. The beach is across the road. We did stay on the Eastern side of the complex (facing out to the mountains, next door to Hard Rock Cafe) so it was quite noisy - this will be hard if you are a light sleeper. Food was excellent and I have read some reviews that the staff seem indifferent - my take on this is that they're probably sick of farang (foreigners) being rude to them. We had nothing but great staff greet us in the hallways and at the Coconut Cafe (where breakfast is served). Also reading a few reviews and people complaining about the deposit upon arrival - I thought that was pretty standard... There are pools on site, a fitness centre and even a library!

Our stay started badly, we were given a room that hadn't been updated yet, everything was old and crappy. We requested an upgrade to a pool entry room which was an extra 1000 baht a night which was well worth it. Breakfast was good, location handy. Housekeeping were fast and efficient.

Good location for all the main attractions, breakfast the same each day so that gets a bit boring, nice pools, pool towels are very well used but seem to do the job, in general, the staff are very indifferent and not very friendly. Rooms are ok, a little tired but bed is comfy. Clientele are very mixed with mostly Australians and then a bit of everyone else .... would I come back - probably not, I'd book the holiday inn next door!!

My husband and I just spent 10 days here in a pool access room and loved it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our power and within 10 minutes there was an engineer in our room fixing it. The room was cleaned daily by the beautiful cleaning staff who are very attentive to detail. The location is perfect, the front of the hotel faces the busy street with markets and the back faces Patong beach and easy walking distance to bangla road. We had our washing done just across the road, washed, dried and folded and packaged all for 50 baht per kilo with a 24hr turnaround. The only real problem, which is hardly worth the mwntion was the air con was loud, but that is a small issue. Breakfast was always something different, fresh and delicious and it goes until 10:30 so you can still enjoy a sleep in without missing the buffet. All in all, we would definately stay here again!

We went to this hotel with another couple, he is in a wheelchair and it was the first time to Phuket for them, and we needed somewhere suitable for his disabilities. The hotel was very accommodating to his needs, the room had been finished to meet his needs, it didn't cost any extra and all through the complex he could be independent. Out on the streets though it was a different matter but we managed to get about. We had adjoining rooms, each with a balcony and on the ground floor. There was ample choices for breakfast, offering many differing pallets and cultures. Our room was cleaned daily, linen changed daily and toiletries

Stayed for 28 days which was probably 26 days to long. I'm going to list this just with points of good and bad: GOOD: - large grounds with 4 pools. - room was a good size (pool access room). - breakfast is amazing. - great location. - room had been recently upgraded. - the house keeping staff were super friendly and very efficient. BAD - our bed was a rock with 2 grooves that you can lay in. - staff were so unwelcoming (so unusual for Thailand), I've never seen staff at a hotel so unhappy. - wifi and tv hardly worked. - first room I was giving was with a view of the carpark, even though I had booked garden view (payed extra for an upgrade). - asked for a clothes airer, told they don't have them at this property, took a photo of all the other balconies that have them then told they don't have any available even though half the rooms were unoccupied. The reception staff were so rude about it that if I wasn't at the end of my stay I would have changed hotels. - credit card pre authorisation on check in will be paid back to you in Thai Baht, doesn't really help when you're at the end of your staying and leaving Thailand. Very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.

We spent 7 nights at this hotel during July 2017. We could not have asked for better time of the year as it was our first time we weren't sure what to expect. We had great weather and the evenings were perfect with the odd late afternoon rain shower. The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough. Generally very clean rooms and housekeeping seem to have things under control. The location was great, within walking distance to everything and once on the hotel grounds you almost even didn't know about the hustle and bustle out on the streets. The breakfast was okay, plenty of food and a good variety although I am personally not a big fan of buffets. Breakfast staff were friendly and the coffee was good :-) The reception staff is not the friendliest people we met on our trip but I can't fault them other than it wasn't inviting to go to the front desk. We enjoyed our time around the pool which is kept beautifully clean and the water was always nice a warm.Cocktails and beer prices seem to be steep in comparison to other bars and restaurants in the area. It was still a beautiful holiday !!!!

My partner and I went here for a week and loved it. The rooms were very clean and were seen to daily. It is located directly next to The Hard Rock Cafe, opposite the Australian bars and a short walk to plenty of restaurants and bars passing street food and shops the whole way. We went on an elephant 🐘 trek and also got taken up the mountains to go feed the monkeys that come out just after sunset. Spent my 30th birthday and New Year here and it was worth every second! I personally don't think it's a hotel great for children however we didn't have any so I may have just missed seeing what there is for them. Excellent place! 👍🏻

Extremely happy with the hotel we were recommended by Flight Centre, it was exactly what we were after. Situated close to both main city centre as well as beach front views. Hotel offered great facilities with beautiful tropical pool areas.Great friendly staff along with delicious and fresh food services. Would definitely recommend other travelers to stay here.
