Hotel was well kept and modern. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Only comment is there are a lot of steps across the property so be prepared for that. There is a shuttle but runs every 5-10 mins and can get filled up quickly and often.

Our experience with Diamond Cliff Hotel became problematic well before our arrival. The whole experience was disappointing and left us with a strong sense of frustration and dissatisfaction with management of this hotel . Sole experience of staying there is OK-ish ,if you don’t mind a loud noise coming from the main road . it feels like a 3 star hotel , absolutely nothing special about this place.

excellent hotel . write place to walk in to the main hub, 10 mins. as at least you can sleep at night. Security Guards to help you cross the road in front of hotel. Shuttle bus staff amazing.. fresh fruit shop staff wonderful. The rest all about just doing the jobs. not overly friendly. Food was 4* at most.no sea food or fresh fish at breakfast ,.egg man good. and fast. Room was amazing we had romantic suite. over all good stay but a bit underwelmed

This was one of the best stays we had as a family. We were offered a room upgrade by the check-in staff. The room was fabulous with fitted Jacuzzi and very spacious. We also received complimentary fruit basket on arrival. The property itself was very beautiful with 2 well maintained pools and it also had a slide for kids.

The room was smelling so bad the whole time I reported from first day and several times and they couldn’t fix it There was a very bad smell coming from shower and toilette all day and night It was terrible to smell it I think it is a permanent problem and they can’t fix it Another problem is that they call themselves as a beach hotel but no, it is not in the beach, you need to walk like at least 10-15 minutes to the beach It is not nice that they call themselves As a beach hotel One day I saw some yellow stains on the towels in the room, the cleaning is not good For all your information

Amazing hotel and service. We enjoyed an upgraded room near the pool. There are a lot of stairs but they run a very efficient shuttle. Beautiful grounds and a good location. Close to the beach but away from the busy town.
