Fantastic resort, very spacious grounds, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Really liked the large swimming pools (even had a go on the waterslides!)

The garden outlook was really nice. The bathroom was old and there was mould between the tiles and the bathtub and the vanity also mould on the shower curtain. That was very disappointing.

Title: BEWARE — This Hotel Stole money From Me! I booked this hotel in Phuket for 6 nights, paying a pretty high price. After the first night, I woke up with an intense, sharp pain in my lower back that made it hard to breathe — maybe from their terrible mattress. The pain was so severe I couldn’t risk spending another night there, so I checked out the next day. That’s when the outright theft started. The hotel refused to refund me the remaining nights, claiming they would “take care of me” if I returned. When I came back three days later, the reception staff actually laughed at me, refused to give me a room, and still wouldn’t return my money. When I mentioned writing a bad review, they basically laughed at me and kicked me out with nothing. They also clearly took advantage of the fact that I don’t speak the local language, making it even easier for them to treat me unfairly. I’ve visited Thailand many times and have always known Thai people to be honest — I have never experienced theft like this. But this hotel stole money me without any shame. As far as the hotel itself, it’s a huge place full of nothing. It has a beautiful pool that closes at six, and to exit the property you actually need a golf cart.

The shower room and sink didn't go down. The water in the pool was messy. The breakfast is really terrible. There is no delicious food and the fruit is not good. The big and deep swimming pool is good. I chose this hotel because of its swimming pool. If the water is clean and the pool bar staff is friendly, I will visit again

Super king bed comfortable. Not enough pool chairs and umbrellas around pool. Breakfast average no gluten free bread. Loved the big pool! Slides in pool a great idea for kids but not safe area to exit slide. Shuttle buggy’s were very helpful.

The noise from the bars across the road echoed into the junior suites. Although very clean it is a little dated. Staff were nice. Buffet breakfast good. Spa has been moved to under the rock waterfall while renovations are underway. A sign needs to be put up for people swimming in that area to be quiet while treatments are being done. I had three women talking, laughing and squealing right near my head during the massage for most of the treatment time. I felt sorry for the massage therapist, it was the best massage I have ever had spoilt by inconsiderate noisy women.

Took a long time to check-in as western guests kept queue cutting and the staff went ahead to serve them anyway. We only managed to check-in after we voiced our displeasure at the queue cutting with the staff at the counter. Room had lots of flying insects and I spent some time getting rid of them but eventually still had a few living with me over my stay. This was a work trip to attend a conference in the resort, so I was not too picky on the comfort and relaxation parts. The areas outside the property had a lot going on. Food and drinks are in easy access, so too are pharmacies and seven-eleven shops. Note that there are many cannabis shops all around the area, so be aware of the food and drinks that you buy from the roadside shops.
