Enjoyed the stay. Big complex kept clean with decent service. The spa area is wonderful. We fell asleep in the garden. The pool is huge and clean. Not the newest of hotels but worth the price to be out of city center.
If you wanna relax in a beautiful garden and tan by different pools, don't miss it wide range of food for breakfast Great Spa in the resort quiet but very close to Patong beach and main street I would go again and again
We stayed here for about 9 days, and it was absolutely amazing. Our room was a private bungalow close to the big pool. (There are 3 pools). Our room was a corner room, and alot of daylight entered at the side window. When we asked the reception to change the room because of the light, they made no problem. We immediately received a new room 2 rooms further. The bed was a bit at the harder side, so we asked housekeeping to soften up the bed. 20mins later they arrived with 3 toppers, and it made the bed quite soft, what was nice. No extra charges were made for this. The room itself is very big, with a huge rainshower! The room was in traditional thai detail, with lots of wood and colour. The breakfast at the hotel was average. You could sit inside, or outside with the koi's and little birds. Sometimes you had to have patience at the breakfast because there are many guests in this hotel. It's one of the biggest in Patong Beach. There was alot of variation, but it didn't all taste fresh. Eggs were good, fresh eggs were great. The cook was amazing at baking fresh omelettes. The hotel has 3 pools, 2 smaller and 1 huge one. The huge pool was our favorite place at the hotel. There is a pool bar, you can get fresh cocktails, snacks, and so on. There was a waterfall coming from the rocks, and a jacuzzi that was placed between palm trees. Daily fresh towels for every guest(kind guys at the towel stand). Hotel location is very good, close to Patong-O-Top, and close to Malin Market(MUST SEE). The gardens and paths are maintained excellent. Everything looks like it's brand new.
Duangjitt Resort is a good hotel with nice and big hotel area. The Place is peaceful nearby Patong Beach. Breakfast was very tasty. The pool area is big and you'll find free sunbeds even at noon. Hotelroom was ok.
We had a 3 week stay in March & happy with hotel & facilities. 3 wonderful pools & beautiful & well maintained gardens. Down side for us was unfortunately the cleaning of rooms. Dust in the wardrobes & shelves. We moved to a new room after 2 days, from ground floor to 1st floor after experiencing all clothes in wardrobes covered with mosquitos. Hotel very helpfull with change of room. Restaurant food & service in the evenings we found substandard & disappointing. My view is they should build a nice bar area instead of gift shop.
This hotel was one of the best hotels i've ever seen. Very big hotel . 3 different pool . Spa . Each room has a beautiful balcony . Very clean . Comfortable beds . Big rooms . A separate space for kids . High speed internet . Overall everything was ok.
My boyfriend and I stayed for five nights. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! A tropical paradise and a welcomed break from all the craziness of Patong. We would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to all of the big pool bar staff. They worked really hard to look after us all day in the blistering heat and always did it with a smile on their faces. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for making our experience such a good one! We hope to see you all again the future.
Been coming here for years, it’s the best in patong a true oasis and escape from outside. No other hotel can compare to the volume and space of this luxury well maintained resort. Only one problem is communication, this is an international hotel the friendly staff “must” be trained in a common language like English, management should train staff, trying to order anything on the phone is a problem, your staff are an asset.
Was there for first time, arrived late and first positive surprise was a room upgrade. Facility is very beautiful and quiet. Only slight disadvantage are the beds - very very firm. Staff very helpful and friendly. Close walk to beach. Would go again
It is our 4th time staying here. And again it did not let us, we become real fans of this local and most professionally managed property Pros: - With hughly relaxing pools and greeny gardens which make a real difference comparing to other hotels/resorts in the neighborhood - only 2-minute walk to the most famous beach and crowded night life in Phuket when you are getting a bit bored. This is place to stay, ideally! - Excellent Security Service since the entrance of the hotel which really impressed us. - The public area is Neat and tidy. - The Junior suit is just uplifted and we love it. Brighter and more contemporary feel like Cons: Only 4 nights we stayed here, it is a bit too short Trumbs up K.Wut and the team for your tireless hard working!
