This hotel is walking distance from the busy street in Phuket. the staff is very nice and the price is very affordable.
Hotel facility was clean and modern. Staff was polite and professional. We were upgraded to a pool side room which was a nice gesture. Breakfast was excellent, many food options and the food was always kept hot. Also, you could order as many eggs as you wanted (any style). Both pools were clean and spacious. The room was large and the bathroom was fancy and modern. AC worked great. This hotel would be my first choice if I return to Patong. Stayed 11/15 to 11/17.
The day staff at the front desk were NOT nice to me. Very rude!!!! I always asked to speak to the manager many times; They would NEVER granted my request. Very unhappy about this situation! The worst experience ever!
