The nature Phuket is a great hotel to stay at. Highly recommend staying here. The staff are very helpful, the cleaners do an amazing service, the pool and pool bar are awesome, especially buy one get one at the pool bar that lasts for 3 hours. Can’t wait to see you next time 🙂

If youre a fan of resort and need a family oriented stay, this is a good pick. We initially had a room that smelled of mildew and signs of mold. Staff were able to accomodate us ans switch rooms. There are multiple restaurants, bars, and pools. We did the spa on site the second day. Breakfast has great options! Its easy to book island tours. Right outside isnt walk able but the hotel shuffles can take you a few minutes away to the beach or mall. Plenty of food options close by. Decent.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. Within 15 minutes of entering the room, I discovered bedbugs on the bedding. That alone was horrifying, but it didn’t end there. The room was clearly not cleaned properly—it smelled strongly of mildew, and there were visible signs of neglect, including dirt and grime in the bathroom and sticky surfaces on the furniture. I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue and request a refund, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. I was given the runaround and told a manager would follow up with me later. Despite never staying the night or using the room beyond that initial 15 minutes, I was still charged for one night—and no resolution or refund has been provided, even after multiple attempts to contact management. This experience was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Bedbugs and poor cleanliness are serious issues, and the lack of customer service only made it worse.

I am leaving a bad review because my AirPods were taken. I have checked location and they are now active in Patong. I was unable to locate them while I was at the resort as they were turned off and the last known location was my room at the resort. The room I was in smelt terrible (like mould), even though I spoke to management they just used room spray to cover it up. The pictures are deceitful. It’s not bad but it’s not as luxurious as the pictures depict. Will rather pay more than to stay at this resort again.
