Stayed at the IBIS Phuket Potong, from 13-15 June. Was given a room with a verandah over looking the swimming pool. Good enough space and clean. Hotel location is good, close to walking distance to a night out. As I did not book for breakfast during this period, the hotel operation manager, Kirill was kind enough to offer me "breakfast included" stay. The staff members especially the team leader, (I could not remember her name) were very pleasant in their interaction with guests. this include the staff members at the restaurant. I have found them to be warm and sincere in their service. Keep up to good work ...

Very dull welcome. There were No bell boys to carry luggage. Rooms are very small. We had taken Two rooms in this hotel and both the rooms had Ants crawling on walls and bed. Really bad experience. :-(

I spent 3 nights here and thought the property was quite good. The check in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. It was not a big room and big bathroom but was perfect as a place to come back to and rest after spending all day at the beach. the hotel it's walking distant to the food street and pub. we have the meeting with our team, the set up of the meeting room was nice and the coffee break are good too. The breakfast was good and plentiful, but not many choices. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again when I have plan with my family.

Hi All, i hv visited this hotel in month of may 2017 with my husband for our vacation. Hotel was good but rooms were quiet small. Reception staff was very good and very cooperative and approchable. We enjoyed breakfast in this hotel n location was very good. Regards.

Located near the beach, this place was one of my fav. There was good guidance about places to visit near reception. Rooms where nice and clean. Though the size was on little small, but has all the basic facilities one looks for. Hotel has SPA and swimming pool too. People form diverse culture can be found here from Americans, Europeans, Indians, Japanese etc. Large space for parking available.

Really enjoyed my stay at Ibis however, the following was disappointing House Keeping: Although the hotel is pretty decent with friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms after room service is very questionable. I had requested that the bathroom be cleaned on 2 occasions during my 5 day stay to which upon return to my hotel, the bathroom was NOT cleaned, the balcony area was NOT swept ONCE during my stay. Food: 1) Food was average; 2) The meals on the menu were not always available. (took the hotel 3 days to have pizza available so if you thinking of having supper at the hotel...think again)

Was quite impressed with this little hotel. It was really neat and tidy. The beds were pretty comfortable. Had a nice pool and staff were great. Paid $35 per night and was impressed. Couldn't stay here for a long time but a short couple of nights it was great! Fairly good location however decent walk to Bangla road. If you are on a budget then this hotel is great!

I stayed here with a friend in may 2017. The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. We can not complain for the amount of money we paid. The food especially at the hotel was good - you might find after a few trips out at the food halls that you need the respite of the hotel food. The pool was sufficient in may - but I would question the likelihood of getting a sun bed in the busier months. The only negative is that because its a cheap hotel - you will get travellers, and backpackers, who (we found), not to be very courteous in the evenings, they would have room parties and there was a number of times we had to consider moving rooms. Nothing against the hotel - just be aware that you will get all types of clientele. We also had a twin room, but the only space available for clothing was a small hanging space with enough space for 5 items of clothing. This meant that we both had to live out of our cases for the 10 days.

We stayed in Ibis Patong for 2 days i.e. from 10 May to 12 May 17. It's a typical Ibis hotel with all basic amenities and a beautiful swimming pool. The room size are small (standard size as you find in a typical Ibis hotel) but enough to accommodate a family of three with an under 8 year old kid. Wash rooms are also small but clean. One thing which I didn't like is that they do not provide any toilet kit, which nowadays even basic budget hotels are providing. The breakfast spread is pretty elaborative. It's a no frills hotel which provide you a decent accommodation, good breakfast and nice pool, but lacks in other basic facilities like bell boys. You are expected to carry your luggage yourself to your room. Hotel also have a travellers desk, although prices are slightly higer than what you get in the town. So I wouldn't recommend to book tours and sightseeing from here. Location of the hotel is good. Patong beach and market are walking distance away.

terrible place rooms so tiny and not a lot of hanging space for clothes, we had to live out of a suitcase for 2 weeks which wasn't good. when we entered our room the smell from urine in the bathroom was strong so I went to the shops and bought bleach and cleaned it myself. we asked for a disabled room and was offered one but these rooms are smaller than the others as they have made the bathrooms a tad bigger. the whole hotel needs a good clean and redecorated, the breakfast was ok but always cold. the walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and to banglar road its 30 mins. all the taxis charge 200 bht to go anywhere in patong. we were asked for a large deposit but refused and paid only 1000 bht, we ordered food a chicken salad and a seafood salad but the chicken salad was the worse meal ever put in front of me it was minced chicken which seemed to be bones as well, then we ordered a pizza one night and they gave us the wrong one, then we ordered another on a different night and it was burnt. the place is full of ignorant rude Russians who think they own the place. if you can afford it go else where
