Had a great massage, tasty meals and the staff is very helpful. Only criticism I have is that the WiFi does not work very well and was a challenge at times so if you need to do some work you might have to search for a perfect spot

My best friend and I traveled here for our birthday. Felt like a honeymoon... but we stayed at the deluxe villa and it was breathtaking. The resort is set on a hill, but you just call the front for a buggy and they drive you everywhere. Beach isn't super swimable but you can walk out super far and feel like you're in the middle of the ocean. They have shuttles to a couple different beaches for swimming and white sands. Lunch and dinner food is okay, breakfast buffet is awesome. Drink prices are reasonable for a resort but they do have a 50% happy hour. Pool is stunning and warm, I never wanted to get out. And I highly recommend splurging for a massage here.

The Spa, Restaurant, rooms, and staff are all great. However, the beach was dirty and not your "typical" beach, i.e., a beach to spread out a towel, lay down, and go take a dip. Here, the beach is 'muddy,' and depending on the tide, not suitable for even a nice walk. There is a free shuttle to take you to beaches that are nice. In short, if you are choosing this hotel based on the access to the beach, go somewhere else.

We stayed here only for 2 days and really enjoyed the rooms and friendly stuffs, and superb ambiance of laid back Phuket. Although our room didn't have ocean view but didn't matter at all while we were surrounded by lots of tropical plants which brought perfect relaxing atmosphere. One thing disappointed us was that we rent broken motorcycle which got broken on the way heading to the nearest beach. We had to find a motorcycle store dragging our vehicle and paid to fix it, but didn't get any refund from the hotel. Other than that, the stay was fantastic. I really want the management to change the rental vehicle rules so I can comfortably come back to this hotel again.
