Excellent villa!

The property is very cozy, the villa thoughtfully designed. Congratulations! It's a 7-8 minutes ride to Nai Harn beach, a Family Mart is within 100m distance. Also, a fantastic restaurant "Kook" is located across the street from the mentioned store, good massage parlors next to it. We really enjoyed our stay, however the housekeeping did not perform as promised, whatever the cause. This is the only reason why we don't rate it as a 5-star experience. Luckily, the villa is fully equipped and we managed some issues ourselves. Upgrade the maintenance and it will be perfect! Wish the owners all the best!

Top Location mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Objekt ist wunderschön und eigentlich auch sehr gut gelegen. Es ist in jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Ein kleiner Punkt gibt es da aber doch, der mir als Technik-Freak nicht so gefallen hat. Jedes Zimmer hat TV aber es gibt leider kein TV-Provider, also kein Fernseh Empfang. Das Haus wurde mit hochwertigen Bose -Lautsprecher ausgestattet. Der zugehörige Receiver oder Verstärker fehlte aber leider. Also in Bezug auf Entertainment ist noch Luft nach oben (alles wieder instand stellen). Kurzum aber war der Aufenthalt sehr sehr schön und weiter zu empfehlen. Auf jeden Fall würden wir die Villa sofort wieder mieten... Besten Dank Cathrine

Maison très agréable copie conforme à l'annonce. Le moins : manque de vaisselle . Piscine tres froide. L'organisation de la maintenance, menage fait une fois pendant notre séjour ainsi que le change des serviettes la veille de notre depart. Quartier tranquille un peu éloigné des commerces et de la plage. Véhicule ou moto indispensable. Nous avons apprécié notre sejour mais nous aurions voulu plus de contacts avec des responsables.

Tout d’abord ne vous fiez pas aux photos la propriété est loin d’être aussi grande qu’annoncé les 350 m² sont inexistants à notre arrivée nous avons dû faire revenir le service de nettoyage car la propriété était d’une saleté rare Il est propriétaire nous avait vanté une luxueuse villa et bien on n’en est loin vu l’état du mobilier et des équipements les chaises de cuisine déchiré le canapé dans un état lamentable déchiré tachée dans tout l’essenles propriétaires nous avait vanté une luxueuse villa et bien on n’en est loin vu l’état du mobilier et des équipements les chaises de cuisine déchirer le canapé dans un état lamentable déchiré taché dans tout les sens sans parler des problèmes on nous avait promis résolu à notre arrivée tel que la fontaine de la piscine le jacuzzi le gaz ne fonctionnait pas la wi-fi que très rarement les télés aucune ne fonctionnait ni le lecteur DVD d’ailleurs et le comble réellement ça a été de recevoir une famille venir Sonner à la Villa avec un contrat de location dont les dates étaient exactement les mêmes que les nôtres si nous Étions arrivés une heure plus tard c’est locataires auraient eu la villa à notre place c’est inadmissible qu’un propriétaire profite et abuse à ce point bien évidemment il ne nous répond ni par SMS ni par mail bien trop content d’avoir encaissé 2 fois pour louer la même villa sur la même période à des couples différents la villa est jolie mais loin d’être une villa de luxe comme annoncé les équipements sont vieillissant abîmé ( 2 cafetière présente dans la villa mais aucune avec le vase obligé de faire couler le café directement dans une casserole quel luxe .... ) Je vous déconseille réellement cette Villa Très bien si elle était géré par des vrais propriétaires et non par des escrocs je suis sûre qu’ils répondront à notre commentaire en disant que tout est de notre faute comme ils ont l’habitude quand il y a commentaires négatifs mais nous avons énormément de photos et tous les échanges par SMS et WhatsApp avec les propriétaires ainsi que les deux contrats de location dés deux familles La seule chose qui sauve la vie là ce sont les équipes présentes sur place qui font de leur mieux avec le peu de moyens que leur donne les propriétaires ceci sont bien trop centré à escroquer les gens et s’en mettre plein les poches en premier temps du rêla seule chose qui sauve la vie là ce sont les équipes présentes sur place qui font de leur mieux avec le peu de moyens que leur donne les propriétaires.

Not as advertised!

We rented this villa from May 30th to June 24th, 2018. The whole experience has left us very unhappy. The house is only 1200 square feet not the 3767 square feet like advertised. They forgot the baby cot which was planned over a year before. The house is no-where near beaches or amenities. We had to rent a car to be able to get to anything, which was a huge expense 18000baht plus gas. The first day we went exploring it took us over 45 minutes walking in 40 degree weather to get to the shops and restaurants. They changed our beds only twice the whole time and always came unannounced and while our baby was sleeping so the main bed was only changed once. They gave us one towel each for over a week and a half and when we complained they brought wet smelly towels as replacements. We had been in contact with the property managers right from the beginning about how upsetting this whole experience was as even the address given on the site was incorrect! When we google map the address given and the actual address there was over a 6 minute DRIVE apart. The only reason we actually got to the villa was they arranged a taxi from the airport. Otherwise we wouldn’t have known that the address was wrong until we went to the wrong villa! The closest beach was a 15 minute DRIVE and then the next closest was a HALF HOUR! There was no fitness centre, no waterfall, no bathrobes, the pool was way over chlorinated to the point it actually bleached our children’s bathing suits. All these issues were discussed with no resolution. Before writing this review, we had been in contact with the property manager right from day and again every time something else went wrong. Unfortunately no resolution has happened and no apology for the horrendous service. The water ran out every couple of days and had to have people in over and over again. We travelled with two small children and parents. This was unacceptable. The stairs in the place are uneven and my mother and sister both fell down leaving them in the hospital (with more expenses). We had to wait over 9 days to get a coffee pot which they promised to get the next day then it was the next and next to the point I had to call the general manager as nothing was taken seriously and we could never get a straight answer. The electricity at the end of the month was over 650.00 Canadian dollars for the month. We were so excited for this trip and spent so much time planning to be completely disappointed and frustrated!

Si le paradis existe à Rawai, il est, à n'en pas douter, sis à la villa tropicale de Cathy et Jean-Pierre: confort, raffinement, luxe sans ostentation sont au rendez-vous. Cerise sur le gâteau: des hôtes et un manager alliant professionnalisme, écoute empathique et discrétion. Seul petit bémol: dur, dur de quitter la villa tropicale, Rawai et Phuket.

Beautiful Clean Luxurious Villa

This place was just like it is picture, beautiful and clean. Cathy and Jean-Pierre the owners quickly responded to all of our questions and were helpful. When renting this place you are responsible for the electric, the days you are booked for. It does depend on your usage, but here is example we had five adults, used air condition in all rooms, couple loads of laundry but did not cook the six days and the cost was about 3800 Thai baht. This certainly would not deter me from renting this place, just wanted to give you an idea of cost. Stephan the property manager was exceptional. We had a little hiccup when arriving to the Phuket airport as they flew us into the domestic terminal but then transfer us to the international. Our schedule driver had been waiting for us but at the domestic terminal for an hour. For some reason we were having trouble calling Stephan from our cell phone but the friendly people at the airport called for us to make sure it was a local number. Stephan did not answer at this time but called the airport back within a minute or so. The friendly lady in the office at the airport located me. Within 15 minutes of so Stephan had the driver reach us. Anything we needed I know Stephan was just a call away. Talk about exceptional customer service! Also one of the safes locked but not with a code we had entered and Stephan was right there to resolve the issues. Do not hesitate to rent this place as you will be taken care of! It is off the beaten path a bit (just what we wanted) but pretty easy to get every where by walking or taking Grab (something like Uber) and taxis. It was great location for going to Phi Phi island etc. and close to so many other adventures, restaurants and beaches. Little grocery store, ATM close by too. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Thank you again to all for making our vacation so special!

Unterkunft ist gut, Betreuung und Inklusivleistung nicht

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut . Mehr aber nicht. Es wird viel versprochen, privater Koch, Masseuse usw. Nichts stimmt. Cathy und Jean Pierre schrieben uns, sie würden sich um unseren Aufenthalt kümmern. Nichts, vorher große Worte dann keinen Kontakt mehr. Es wird von einer fairen Abrechnung der genutzten Energie gesprochen. Wir haben unglaubliche 1000kW verbraucht. Obwohl wir mit der Aircon vorsichtig umgegangen sind. Andere Häuser rechnen mit dem Preis der Energieversorgers ab. Hier nicht. Übrigens wurde eine neue Straße vor dem Anwesen gebaut. Diese ist eine direkte Verbindung zwischen der Hauptstraße nach Nai Harn. Der Verkehr ist störend und nimmt täglich zu. Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr mieten. We will not rent this accommodation anymore. Nous ne louerons plus ce logement.

quiet area, automatic gate to the parking lot (good in the rain), cheap electric. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The only minus but not disturbing is the small water pressure. If one person at a time only shower, then it is ok.

Superbes vacances dans une splendide villa

Voilà nous sommes de retour après un magnifique voyage. Cathy et Jean-Pierre , ne changez rien, vous êtes 2 personnes formidables avec un grand cœur. A notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis plus accueillis comme des amis que des clients. Fatigués par notre voyage nous avons été tout de suite régénérés par votre joie de vivre et gentillesse. La villa quant à elle, a été un enchantement tant par la beauté du jardin, des terrasses aménagées, de la piscine que de l'intérieur. Tout est impeccablement entretenu et superbement décoré. "C'est magnifique". Les chambres et les salles de bains sont très belles et nous avons pu disposer de tout l'espace nécessaire pour ranger nos affaires. Chaque chambre est équipé d'un coffre et c'est un plus. Tout a été pensé jusqu'au moindre détail pour que nous passions d'agréables vacances et un grand merci car vous avez réussi. Vous avez été de plus de très bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour, que ce soit dans le choix des restaurants, des plages, des visites incontournables, des marchés ...... Karine et Benoît se joignent à nous pour vous remercier encore de tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous. Fabuleuse Villa Tropicale

Même si c'est avec beaucoup de retard, nous tenions absolument à faire connaitre notre appréciation sur la villa Tropicale. Cela fait maintenant 3 ans que nous louons la villa et nous l'avons déjà réservée pour cette année. Pour nous, cette location correspond en tous points à nos attentes. La villa est luxueuse, tranquille et très bien localisée avec tous les restaurants et la mer à proximité. Elle est d'une propreté irréprochable ainsi que le jardin et la piscine. En un mot, c'est le lieu idéal pour des vacances idéales. Nos quatre semaines à la villa passent bien trop vite et c'est toujours avec une grande impatience que nous attendons d'y retourner! Pour nous, la villa Tropicale, c'est aussi Cathy et JP. A vous aussi, 5 étoiles+++ que vous méritez amplement pour votre dévouement, votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Nous commençons à bien connaitre Nai Harn et ses environs, et très sincèrement, aucune villa n'est à la hauteur de cette prestation... M & G

Vacances inoubliables !!

Nous sommes partis avec nos 2 filles du 13 au 29 Décembre 2016 et nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix porté sur la villa Tropicale !! les photos correspondent tout à fait au lieu, donc pas de mauvaises surprises à notre arrivée. La villa est juste magnifique, décorée avec goût et tout était impeccable ! les chambres sont spacieuses, un très beau salon mais pour nous ce qui était agréable c'était de prendre le petit-déjeuner dehors devant la piscine. Pas besoin d'emmener un gilet car la température est environ de 25 degrés dès qu'on se lève donc nous étions toujours à l'extérieur pour les repas ou l'apéro !! Merci encore Cathy et Jean-Pierre pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme ! nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliables et une superbe journée sur Kho Phi Phi en votre compagnie. C'était la première fois qu'on louait une villa sur Abritel et bien nous n'avons pas été déçus, d'ailleurs on serait bien restés 1 semaine de plus !! pour les futurs vacanciers qui hésitent encore à louer la villa Tropicale...n'hésitez plus, foncez les yeux fermés comme on dit ! pour terminer, la localisation de la villa est très bien située, à 5 mn de la plage de Nai Harn ou il y a plusieurs restaurants donnant sur cette plage et qui sont excellents ! et nous sommes à côté de Kata ou il y a des belles plages. Ce qui est très important c'est qu'il n'y a pas de bouchons du côté de Rawai ou Nai Harn, par contre attention vers Kata et pire du côté de Patong (trop de circulation !). On vous embrasse très fort Cathy et Jean-Pierre Bises de Charlie et Lohan !! et de Franck & Virginie

Une perle dans un écrin de douceur

Deux semaines de bonheur en couple. Tout y était, un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, Cathy & Jean-Pierre et une villa somptueuse, décorée avec goût et très agréable avec sa très belle piscine de laquelle on a du mal à sortir quelque soit l'heure du jour ou de la nuit. Cathy et Jean-Pierre ont le don et le talent pour vous précipiter dans la douceur et l'insouciance des vacances et tout cela avec une grande discrétion. Leurs conseils et leur visite guidée des lieux stratégiques, resto, plages, points de vue etc... vous libèrent immédiatement de potentiels soucis des premiers jours. Ces vacances sont une bonne thérapie pour affronter les 365 jours qui nous restent avant notre retour A bientôt Corinne & J-Pierre

In der villa Tropical haben wir ende letzten Jahres einen unvergesslichen Urlaub genossen. Angefangen mit den reibungslosen Transfers über die herzliche Begrüssung von Cathy und Jean Pierre. Beide sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Schon im Vorfeld haben sie vieles organisiert und sich um Alles gekümmert. Vor Ort haben sie uns spezielle Restaurants und wunderschöne Plätze gezeigt. Ihre Empfehlungen sind Top. Die Villa selber ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der herrliche Garten mit dem grosszügigen Pool laden zum entspannen und verweilen ein. Eine kleine Oase mit viel Privatsphäre. Das luxuriöse Haus mit der gesamten Ausstattung ist im neuwertigem Zustand. Die gesamte Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Haus und Garten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Villa bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Strände Nai Harn und Rawai Beach sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Diverse Restaurants, Supermarkt und Massagesalons sind in nächster Nähe. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung halten was sie versprechen. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Wir können die Villa Troical wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Vielen Herzlichen Dank Cathy und Jean Pierre

Traumurlaub!!!

Unvergessliche Tage auf Phuket! Wir kamen am Flughafen in Phuket an und wurden bereits von einem Fahrer am Ausgang erwartet. An der Villa angekommen warteten bereits die Vermieter Jean-Pierre und Katie auf uns. Nach einem Rundgang durchs Haus, waren wir begeistert von dieser wunderschönen, gepflegten Villa mit tollem Pool und Garten - ein absolutes Highlight! Auch die Frau von der Autovermietung traf kurz darauf ein (dies wurde bereits im Vorfeld von den Vermietern organisiert) und wir konnten unseren Mietwagen in Empfang nehmen. Danach boten uns Jean-Pierre und Katie an, uns Strände und Restaurants in der Nähe der Villa zu zeigen. Ao Sane Beach und Gipsy Market waren super! Am Gipsy Market haben wir zusammen mit Katie frischen Fisch, Tintenfisch und Muscheln gekauft und uns diesen zubereiten lassen - sensationell gut! (Chalawan Seafood) Zusammen mit Jean-Pierre und Katie haben wir an einem anderen Tag auch noch eine Inselrundfahrt gemacht. Sie haben uns die schönsten Plätze von Phuket gezeigt. Auch eine Bootstour haben sie für uns organisiert. Wann immer wir Hilfe benötigten oder eine Frage hatten, haben uns Jean-Pierre und Katie sofort geholfen. An unserem letzten Abend waren wir noch mit Ihnen Karaoke singen - ein toller letzter Abend! Die Villa mit diesen super netten Vermietern, die sich viel Zeit für die Urlauber nehmen, ist nur weiter zu empfehlen! Wer einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erleben möchte, wird hier nicht enttäuscht!

Superbes vacances !

Début février nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette superbe villa où il ne manque rien! Cathy et Jean-Pierre sont vraiment adorables il se sont occupés de tout, taxi, location des scooters... Ils nous ont fait découvrir les alentours de la villa en scooter (supermarchés, change, marché, plages, restos...) c'était vraiment génial et ça nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps ! Petits restos locaux et supermarché accessibles à pied dans le village. Bref nous avons passé de superbes vacances en Thaïlande ! Un grand merci à Cathy et Jean-Pierre 😘

EXCEPTIONNELLE

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à la villa Tropicale. C'est dans ce fabuleux décor que nous avons fêté nos dix ans de mariage. La villa est tout simplement grandiose, somptueuse! Elle est conforme aux photos (et même plus belle encore) grande, confortable avec des prestations exceptionnelles. Nous avons mis un bon moment pour réaliser que ce luxe et ce confort était rien que pour nous! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'extérieur qui est très agréable, joliment arboré et bien aménagé (1coin salon, une grande table extérieure, etc.) et surtout la piscine. Cela restera pour nous des moments inoubliables. Si l'on devait définir la villa en 3 mots, cela serait : calme, luxe et intimité. Merci à Vous, Cathy et JP d'avoir contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. M & G

Magnifique

Nous sommes rentrés il y a 2 jours le plus beau voyage que l'on est fait la villa est magnifique et bien situé nous sommes venus pour la 2 eme fois a phuket et cette partie de l ile reste a nos yeux la plus belle et la plus dépaysante grâce entre autre à Cathy et Jean Pierre qui vous donnes volontiers toutes les bonnes adresses de restaurant massage et excursions que nous avons fait sur leur conseil avec Thierry la villa est superbe et très bien équipée la piscine un régal pour se rafraîchir nous sommes venus a 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 5 ans et avons passé de merveilleux moment a bientôt nous espérons
