The location of the hotel is super convenient. Connect to Gateway Mall or Harbor City which is the main luxury shopping malls in Kowloon side of Hong Kong. A lot to see and shop yet we can take a few minutes ferry across Victoria Harbor to explore Hong Kong Island. Love the location of this hotel

The staff of the hotel is exceptionally helpful in all regards. The only thing not quite up to standard is the breakfast food quality of the restaurant. However this is well taken care of by the many available substitute choices outside of the hotel. Overall, the stay was great!

We stayed at the Prince Hotel for 5 days and it was wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service by the Concierge Supervisor Edmond Tam and his team. They are a Masterclass in customer service.
