Christopher II is located on prime waterfront, where the Llano and Colorado River meet and offers gorgeous view of untouched native ranch land! All the bells and whistles - private heated swimming pool, single 4,000 lb boat lift, double jet-ski lift, ping-pong table, foosball, bbq/smoker and propane grill.

This private 3,100 sq ft, two-story lake home has bonus features that are sure to make a lakefront vacation even more enjoyable. A long, private concrete driveway and additional parking lot for multiple vehicles and/or trailers, a boat ramp just one street over, fenced backyard down to the waterfront, fully-equipped modern kitchen with an island/bar (seating for 6), large dining table (seating for 8), game table (seating for 4), adjacent living area, WI-FI, Hulu + Live TV with Disney+, ESPN+ and five bedrooms.

Outdoor living space has a covered patio right off the dining area. Three picnic tables, abundant outdoor seating, ceiling fans and portable bluetooth speaker.

The lower patio surrounding the private pool has lounge chairs for sunbathing and built-in fire-pit for roasting smores .
The 10,000 gallon pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned, maintained and inspected before each rental. Pool and hot tub can be lit for evening use or for ambience.

This is an amazing property. Million dollar views, easily accommodated 16 people, well stocked with top of line linen and all the basics you need to cook multiple meals. We had the best time. It was just right!

My Families Favorite Vacation Home

The Christopher II vacation home was all we could have asked for. The house is lovely, clean with a well stocked kitchen. I was glad there were two downstairs bedrooms, one for me with sore knees and a spacious Master bedroom for my son and his wife. The rest of my family were comfortable with the 3 large upstairs bedrooms with bathrooms attached. And the view of the lake was gorgeous, especially at sunrise. My two sons loved kayaking around the lake, and we all had fun in the heated pool. My sons and granddaughter love doing puzzles. Over the 5 days we were there, they completed SIX puzzles supplied by the owners of the VRBO home.There is also lots to do in the surrounding area, like hiking along Inks Lake and the Lakeside Trail in Marble Falls. There is an HEB close by and lots of restaurants.My family all agreed this was the best VRBO vacation home we have stayed in. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and hope to come back.

Short spring break getaway

When you first walk in you are just blown away by the view! The layout is so nice for a group. Perfect for multiple families with the bunk room setups. Would highly recommend if you love being on the lake!The property manager was very responsive and helpful. If I texted, he responded within 5 minutes.

Great Family Vacation House

Christopher II was a great house for our extended family trip. There are beds for everyone. A great kitchen and a wonderful outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling cramped. The house as clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need.

Absolutely beautiful home with amazing views!

We had an amazing family trip to this beautiful home. The house was the perfect layout for our family with 2 large downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies and multiple refrigerators allowed for storage of everything. The pool and lake are beautiful and we enjoyed being outside all weekend. It is easy to get to with super convenient boat ramp. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely amazing! We had the best time in this whimsical property. Everything you can possibly need for a perfect lake house vacation was available. Fully loaded kitchen, grill, smoker, games, tv, pool, hot tub and breathtaking views! We heated the pool and were able to enjoy the outdoors despite the weather (it rained during our stay). The grocery store is conveniently located 5 minutes away. The property was pristine and absolutely gorgeous. This is the perfect place to make long lasting memories.
