There was no hot water in the morning. Trickle of water from hot side of faucets that was lukewarm. Front desk said they had trouble with plumbing. I’d say that no hot water in the morning for a shower is a reason not to book guest into your property

The hotel itself is nice. It’s very updated and clean and the rooms were nice. A big however… the check in process was not easy at all. We booked two rooms on the same reservation through hotels.com and they would only give us one room, despite showing confirmation and receipt showing two rooms booked and paid for. I was told to call hotels.com and get a refund and then rebook. Wildly inconvenient after a long travel day with kids. Eventually the other room was found under another name which seems like a simple error but also a really long time to figure that out. The receptionist did offer free snacks to compensate. I would have left a reasonably good review if our stress ended there. However, we awoke to our car broken into in the parking lot and contents stolen. So be wildly aware when staying here, or just don’t.

Didn’t have the breakfast. The exhaust fan in bathroom was horribly noisy. No top sheets on bed, only a duvet which I hate. Room was hot no matter what we did with AC.

We think there was bed bug in one of the rooms we sprayed both room, switched from room 122 to room 107 because it was a handicap room. My wife got bitten by something and bathroom towels where dingy. Need to clean towels better and rooms.
