This was a handicap room. The chair in the shower was dirty. The room had several holes in the walls that had started to be patched. The air conditioning did not work. I had added my son as the person checking in. It was extremely difficult to get him access without being there. I would appreciate a refund

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The room looked like all the other Best Westerns I’ve stayed at. Saw the maid staff in the hallway but they never made it to my room. I had the do not disturb sign on the door in the morning but I took it down when I left. So I don’t know what happened there.The breakfast wasn’t bad. Typical of hotel breakfast. All in all, it was a great stay. The area around the hotel seemed a little depressed but wasn’t a problem. I was visiting friends so It didn’t matter to me.
