The customer service was great and very helpful. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was alright. Pool was cold, hot tub was perfect. Overall we had a great stay and definitely would stay again.

Misleading and moldy curtain

It was overall a poor experience. We had got there after a long day out being at a concert around midnight. I had already paid online and everything and was told that any online reservation requires a 100 dollar cash deposit. And I don’t carry cash on me, it’s 2025 I use cards. Luckily my friend had exactly 100 on themselves. So yeah it was no where in the description that we needed cash for a deposit, we were told we get it when we check out in the morning. (We did get it back) anyways the cleanliness was much to be desired. We got into our room, and there was hair in the fridge, the room smelled musty. And the shower curtain had mold on it. I took a video of said shower curtain. The tv was dirty, and I saw no WiFi access ? Very poor quality. The only thing I will say was decent was the bed. The bathroom had no fan so when you take a shower be prepared for no ventilation. The room was not cleaned very well and overall I wouldn’t go again alone for the misleading and a cash deposit having to be made. Also the clerk had the audacity to ask if there was anything they needed to be aware of (as if we broke something in less than 7hrs.) as we checked out. We didn’t even bother with the breakfast, we just wanted out. I don’t think I’ll ever go back and I’ll stick with Airbnb forever.

Check in was great! Room pretty clean. Blow dryer did not work, faucet base was broke and not attached to sink, bathtub drain wouldn’t stay up… had to prop it up with something for water to drain.

Room smelled like the sewer. Floor above us creeked every time the person above us moved. Hallways were hot an muggy. Breakfast didn't look edible. The fruit in the baskets wear old and rotten. Biscuits were hard as a rock and the coffee creamer was outdated. Pool hours suck. We were busy with family the day we checked in so we couldn't use the pool and then the pool doesn't open till noon so we couldn't use it before checking out. People running the place can barely speak English.

Honestly was surprised by this hotel. I almost turned around and booked a different hotel when I pulled up but figured I’d give it a shot. It was surprisingly clean and quiet. For what I paid, I’d stay there again. Have low expectations (because that’s what you’re paying for) and you really won’t be disappointed here.

Air conditioner was new, but absolutely no water pressure in the shower. Swimming pool in hot tub were up and running and both in great condition. But the elevator was filthy and smelled awful. Beds were really comfortable, and you could see fresh paint and carpet throughout. Free breakfast in the morning is very basic with very little options. As this hotel was half the cost of anything nearby... it was definitely worth what we paid.

Property location is idea for me. Close to the interstate and family. Property condition is sub-par at best from what I have seen. Hallways reek of marijuana, damage to the ceiling in the bathroom with a ball of toilet paper shoved into it to block it off. Shower becomes a bath before you finish a 10 minute shower. Bed in the room is worn out and needs replaced. Staff was really nice and hotel looks great from outside.

staff amazing, friendly, helpful. breakfast was better than cereal and toast. i have recived at most other hotels. i would stay when I'm in the area again. the customer service of the front desk made checking in and out a pleasant experience. pool clean rooms were nice. overall it was a good experience for the price.
