Back door lock was broken. Door was propped open with a rock.

rooms appeared very clean and did not smell bad. The bad part was the pool area was closed our entire stay, Friday to Sunday. very dissappointing.

I thought the staff, especially daytime front desk, was friendly & helpful. The location within walking distance of Price Chopper is good. The continental breakfast was good. The WiFi connection to the internet bogged down to nothing, after 10pm. I called the front desk. He made the excuse of many people logging on. When I persisted, he said he would reboot the router. No change happened, & it was the same in the morning.

Hotel was nice and had friendly staff. The room had a nice tv and a mini fridge. Breakfast was good, lots of hot and cold options. The hot tub was closed and the pool was cold. Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice hotel, the lobby was small but was nicely decorated for the holidays and the staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was a nice size but the room smelled a little like smoke. There was a nice looking pool and hot tub-we didn't get to use them but you can see them from the lobby. The breakfast was plentiful and had lots of yummy hot and cold choices-eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, several cereal choices, yummy looking pastries and more. I would stay here again.

hotel was nice and clean, bed were comfortable. Room smelled alittle musty but overall great hotel.

Everything looked like it had been recently remodeled and the bed was super comfy. I felt safe inside and outside with the car. They served great hot breakfast options. Sad the hot tub wasn’t working when we stayed but it overall was a great overnight pit stop hotel.

Pleasant aroma as we checked in, fast service making it possible to quickly get in our room after driving 11hours. Quiet hallways, easy wifi connection, comfortable beds.......this has become our favorite Comfort Inn when returning from Boulder.

Very nice and clean We weren’t there long just to swim and lounge in hot tub and then sleep but very quiet and nice rest Left early in morning so did not get to breakfast Check in and check out very quick and convenient

We had Late arrival and the tv wasn't working girl at the front desk came up And unplugged it blow on one of the cords plugged it back in and it worked fine.

Good quiet place to stay on a cross-country trip. Good room for our dogs. Bathroom looked like it had some repairs, but not finished. The light in the ceiling had a huge gap in the drywall that the finish ring didn't cover. Ceiling looked like it had been patched. But overall, very comfortable; issues were cosmetic.

The room was clean and nice, the bed was harder than what I like. it was our honeymoon night , first time together so was preoccupied with other things.

The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. No one should have left hungry!

We arrived after 9pm, but our room was ready, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was helpful even offered to open the pool early. The breakfast was good but the waffle iron didn't work properly. The double queen beds in our room were great. The window shade was missing, but we all slept great!

Its obvious that the hotel keeper cares about the property. On our arrival it was apparent that slow season spiffing up was going on, both inside and outside. That's always a good sign. The room was quiet and clean. The hot guest breakfast was tasty. The location on a now partly dead-ended access road beside I-70 was a bit hard to figure the first time. The access has a significant benefit of limiting traffic while still providing excellent access to I-70.

We rented 2 rooms for a one night stay. A single for my husand and I and a double for our 3 teenage boys. We were surprised to discover that they were on different floors. Our floor (1st floor) was quiet and clean. Their room (3rd floor) had a noisy bachlorette party going on next door. But it didn't faze them much. We all enjoyed the pool, fitness center and WI-FI. We had planned to go into KC for dinner but we found a mexican resturant in Grain Valley that was surprisingly good. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was well stocked . The staff was courteous and unobtrusive.

Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and the hot tub was great.
