The room was out dated, the remote didn’t work it had tape on the back to keep the batteries in the thermostat was broke and could barely operate it the whole room was a mess needs to be updated it, it definitely did not look like the photo when I booked it

1. The ENTIRE hotel reeked of marajauna even though it was supposed to be a smoke free facility. 2. The rack in clost was broken and half hanging off the wall. 3. The front desk did not have any change for the vending machines. 4. The toilet was loose and rocked back and forth. 5. The continental breakfast had no fruit. This was a horrible place to stay. If i couldve gotten my money back i would have.

I was expecting a room with 2 beds, but got one. The young man who checked us in was so great. He offered to switch the room, but we said it was okay as we had alread brought all our stuff there. Turned out, we should have. He had to come up and fix a tv that couldn't find a signal. Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever encountered. The vanity sick leaked and the room had walls that needed to be either repainted or cleaned. The location of the room in the building made it very noisy. It was on the side near the freeway. We have stayed here before and this was our only negative stay. Again the young man at the desk was courteous and helpful.

Well first off, the pictures on Expedia or the internet is NOT what it actually looks like. The beds are dented. Bugs on curtains. Rough walls. Odor. Staff was nice but gets offended if you tell them that the room isn’t to your liking. Has stain on sheets but claim they are clean. The bed looked slept in. I was originally assigned to 421 but they moved me to 425 and it was even worst so I complained and they sent me back to 421. The area looks dangerous. Please do not waste your money like I did here. They need remodeling and more budget for linen.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the hall we were on was very quiet. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast, but all in all great stay. Will stay again when we need to be that close to the Research Hospital.

When we first walked in, we had 4 very small pillows for 4 people. When I asked for 2 more, they said they would try to find more and brought us one. Around 10, the fire alarm went off and it was people on our floor smoking weed in their room, causing the alarm to go off. The room was not well maintained either. I know they are trying to update, but it was rough. Our toilet clogged and there was no water pressure in the sink. Our bedspread had some stains. We know it was a budget hotel, but the reviews were more positive than our experience. We would not stay here again.

Very dirty. Vinyl floors in bedroom peeling off. Dusty furniture. My mattress was severely stained with dark brown stains. Only 2 pillows on my bed. Lights flickering in the restroom. Overall, very uncomfortable with the condition in the room. I did not feel good even sleeping there but had no choice. Will never recommend or book with you guys again. The online pictures of the hotel look nothing like what it actually is in person. People blasting music, smoking, drinking, overall very uncomfortable and unsafe environment.
