If I can give this place a lower star, I would starting off the bat we need to change the pictures, some of the review that are good are ppl to probably are moving thru staying one night. because it is nothing as what you see when you try to book this hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere very sketchy area trucking highway, the hotels under construction, and even the construction or the areas that are done. Still need to be worked on. We got our first room. There were dead bugs that look like bedbugs. Some where still moving, They changed us to a different room, the new room that we went to was OK only reason why we stood was because every other hotel around us was fully booked. We did not have a phone in our room so that we will be able to call front Desk. We asked if we can speak to the manager. They said the manager wasn’t in until Monday. They gave us a phone number. Phone number does not work so yeah if I was you, I would not be booking at this hotel.

The hotel was located in an industrial area. It is older. The staff was pleasant. The room worked for sleeping sort of. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were poor. The hot water pressure coming out of the bathroom sink was low and the water never got hot. The shower worked. The breakfast was great!

I didn’t like that there was construction going on, on the property itself. But that being said, the completed part of the property was really nice. I visited during the early spring so the pool was closed. But it looked really nice. No chairs to sit around it though. Now, for the bad news! I’ll say this the staff was polite and all but, the first room they gave me already had someone in it. Luckily, they weren’t in the room at the time cause that would’ve been a situation I wouldn’t know how to settle down!!!

My room was clean. But the toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called down to the front desk they said they had a plunger I could come get. They also suggested we could switch rooms but we were already settled other than that the room was clean and a good price they are still under construction so some parts where closed off plus they offer free breakfast in the morning you can’t really beat that. Overall it was a good stay.

This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty.

The room was clean but not what we were expecting from the pictures it showed. The area was a little sketchy. Didn’t feel as safe as we have been at other hotel locations in the Kansas City area. The good thing about the property is that we had a room booked there for 3 nights, but had a death in the family, so needed to cancel a couple of those nights. I had gone through a 3rd party company, and they wouldn’t let me cancel. I got a hold of the property and asked to cancel two of the 3 nights. They refunded the whole amount and I rebooked for the one night that I needed.

The hotel double booked my stay and i had a security officer jiggling the door handle at 1 am while i was sleeping. I had an early work meeting so i did not appreciate this. The room was dirty and had shaving cream all over the sink. Only plus was front desk staff was friendly.

The room it was nice , but the bathroom was very dirty and have some plumbing issues, when we taken a shower, The bathroom floor flooded, and the water wouldn't drain from the tub; we practically had to bathe in dirty water.
