I would recommend someplace else

Do your research, there is no A/C. I thought this was common everyday bare essentials but I was greeted with a sign that said fresh mountain air. There was a crappy little noisy fan in the room, very little circulation. The bathroom had a used bar of soap in the tub, the kitchen had a dirty rag and the coffee maker has a moldy pod.

The room is pretty big with everything but microwave, we have to bring our food to the reception to get it heated. Room service person was not good at communicate, I don't think they even understand English. I was not able to understand what they say. Overall it's a good place in Jasper.

I stayed on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs, which was inconvenient. Also, when I came back late in the evening, there was no parking space available, so I had to park on the street. The place felt a bit dated, so the price seemed a bit high for what it offered.

The restaurant was great. Although we were only there for breakfast. But it was reasonable and was good! Staff there and at front desk were great. But for the 400$+ per night that were were charged, the room didn’t have AC, nor were the beds comfortable. Beds were lumpy and very uneven. Pillows were rock hard. Facilities were clean and location was great. But they do need to upgrade a few features in the rooms

Excellent stay here. Super location in Jasper 10 minutes walk away from the main area. Easily walkable to shops and dining. Accommodation spacious with well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out. Would stay again if returned to Jasper.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Jasper Inn. Staff were very helpful and the property is well maintained. Enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant as well. The room was quite warm so we were grateful for the fan provided. Mattress and pillows not as comfortable as we would have preferred, but all in all would stay here again.

The sofa bed is terrible. Not comfortable and makes noise with slight movement. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. Shouldn’t not be advertised as a 4 people room. It’s not even comfortable for a kid.
