Nice comfortable clean rooms, friendly desk management, great TV and quiet atmosphere, a little pricey but worth it if you demand cleanliness and excellent service, great food at breakfast(gravy, biscuits, bacon, sausage, blueberry waffles, etc...)fitness room and an indoor pool

Our room was clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and were eager to get settled in for the night. We were greeted promptly and the check in was quick. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. A big thank you to Jerome for taking good care of us.

We stayed here while on business. We had stayed at another hotel in town and had a terrible experience so we decided to pick a Comfort Suites. This is a nice place to stay. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. However, it was more expensive than we typically like to spend. When you are traveling, you are at the mercy of your GPS and trusty Trip Advisor. It is hard to get to. Be careful if traveling at night you may miss your turn. Overall, great experience. A great safe choice.

Comfort Suites Jackson was fine for a one night stay. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only minus was that the suite felt very cramped - too much furniture for such a small room. Nice manager's reception in the afternoon, and breakfast was very good.

Once again a very enjoyable and hassle free two night stay. Donnie helped us with reservations and once again, honored our request of a first floor room by the pool. The pool is heated just right, so as not to be too cold, which makes it comfortable to get into. Enjoy the hot tub also. The room is clean and comfortable. All staff seem very friendly. I want to mention the gentleman who staffed the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. There were several baseball teams there, and we figured that would be a big problem. However, he was ready and waiting for the crowd. He kept the food coming, and we all got plenty to eat. Job well done! It always seems like this motel is running very efficiently, which creates a pleasant atmosphere for all of us. We will return.

Great place. The front desk staff, Sketquela, Billy Joe are great folks. They are very courteous and helpful. The hotel staff both for the breakfast and managers reception is great as well. The rooms are very clean and bedding always fresh and clean. Great place will diffidently stay their again when in the area.

Third floor- wall paper was peeling off of the walls. Cut water on to shower and red mud started pouring out of the faucet. Neither my husband or I could figure out how to operate the shower. Called manager. He did come to the room, but he also was unable to cut it on. So......here I am, after traveling twelve hours on Saturday, falling into the bed Saturday night totally exhausted, then getting up on Sunday morning to discover I won't be getting a shower. I DO NOT take tub baths in hotels for any reason, but if I did, I definitely wouldn't have here. Red mud and the lack of a shower to rinse anything tells me it couldn't have been cleaned. My husband finally determined that apparently the tub faucet had been replaced with a kitchen type faucet which was missing the lever that operates the shower. Nine hotels later, I've observed that this was indeed the problem. In any event, no apology or offer to use another room to shower. Perhaps the hotel was full, but no explanation there either. Mold in the tub. Employees not very friendly. Breakfast was below average. Finally, it appeared at least one person was eating breakfast in the hotel that was an employee at a restaurant next door. I am a Choice rewards member, but sadly have pretty much moved on. We've had several bad experiences. The Choice chain just doesn't seem to care. Yes, they respond to reviews, but it's meaningless when you repeatedly have bad experiences.

They are in the finishing stages of renovation, so the rooms are fresh and smell great. We stayed in a huge handicap room, number 211 I believe. We are not handicap and had only requested a front facing room, but did appreciate the extra space. It would be excellent for anyone with mobility issues that needed a room that would enable the use of a wheelchair. The furnishings were very nice, but the walls have been painted very dark drab colors, which make the room have a cavelike atmosphere. It was a very quiet room. The breakfast bar had a lot of choices, but wasn't well maintained. By the time we had eaten and were leaving, they were out of most everything. On the previous times we've stayed at this location, the breakfast was excellent. The food that was there tasted ok, the bar just wasn't being maintained. The tables weren't wiped and the serving area was extremely messy. The accommodations were great, breakfast, not so much.

I had to take pictures so people would beleive me. Thank goodness my business trip was one night and I checked in overnight and left the left morning. I even showed the front desk clerk the horrible photos! On entering my $100. a night hotel room I first noticed that the toilet was nasty with a ring around the bowl and you plainly see that someone had crapped and it plopped up all over the seat. It was gross, so it had to be cleaned and wiped down. Next the shower had hairs ( of all types ) in it AND black mold in the grout. Not just black mold but the grout was so badly in need of cleaning in so many areas that it was black and brown and very nasty and smelled bad. SO I could not even shower or bath. It was to hard to move because I had already broguht everything in in the pouring down rain. I was exhausted! Now I was super upset! I showed many photos to the girl at the front desk when I checked out and she handed me my $100 receipt. It sure is sad that I have to do business in Jackson every week I could stay there in this hotel. But not in filth, I had to pay for that. Wow. The girl that checked me in was super friendly and breakfast was great but no thanks. I have photos to post on every review site. Black mold makes people ill.

A nice comfortable room with a nice bed, good pillows, hot shower with great towels and large bathroom. A quiet room with great hvac system.....easy to set where you prefer. Also the breakfast was good....everything was clean and hot. Coffee, tea, juice and milk.....both hot and cold food choices. Easy highway access too.
