The staff was very friendly and willing to help. We just stayed 1 night but everyone did an excellent job. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety. The gentlemen overseeing the breakfast are kept everything well stocked and very clean and organized.

Everything was fine - only orange juice at breakfast, which I cannot drink. Bed was nice, but pillows were small and lumpy. Blackout curtain would not close completely. Staff was super friendly.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly but the pool was cold, the room and the actual water. There is no hot tub anymore which we were very disappointed to find out as that was 1 of the reasons we selected this hotel but overall it was a good stay

Our stay was really short one night for thanksgiving day. And we didn’t get a chance to have breakfast there although when we were leaving it smelled really good. The rooms was real clean and the guys at the front desk was very polite and respectful. I will stay here again if I’m ever back in Tennessee
