First off it was raining and you couldn't stop under the portico for shelter to check in because the manager had left their car under the shelter blocking the drive through. There were 3 cars In line to check-in so you had to wait in your car for the last in line to backup. Very Inconsiderate to patrons. Plus, the drive is very difficult to get to the parking area. They are in the process of laying new carpet so debris everywhere. No security lock on the side entrance. Beds were ok. Furniture worn. Had to request an office chair replacement as the one in the room looked like someone had taken a hatchet to it. Lighting was poor. Breakfast room was to small for the amount of people staying there. Outside was trashy. Cigarette butts everywhere and no container. We were prepared to stay a week but one night was even to much.

As I am a return customer, I am very glad to see the new carpets, furniture, and improvements to the overall look of the hotel.

I booked this hotel for two nights and stayed in the Presidential suite. The first night, the cleaning person came into the room and threw away everything I left behind! I went up to the front desk staff and asked them if it was noted I was staying for two nights, they said yes and then asked why they felt they should throw away or maybe take the things I left. They couldn’t give me an answer and said to come back to talk to Management. Went back the next morning, no one was up front but they left a phone with a stickey to call if they needed to speak with front desk staff. I called, the person was literally right in the room around the hall hiding. Why? He came out and said management wouldn’t be there until tomorrow. No one seemed to care and kept giving me the run around. Horrible customer service will always make your business lose!

Liked the fitness room at the last Baymont in Tuscaloosa, and was disappointed to hear that the one in Jackson, TN was being remodeled. However, when the indoor pool was full of families with children, the desk clerk explained that it was spsring break, and that he would notify me when the pool was quiet. When he couldn't reach me by my room phone (it was left off the hook) he came down and knocked on my door to tell me! Superior service!

The room was big, but it didnt feel clean, it stunk in the halls and in the bedroom, a dirty bath towel was in the bathroom when we got there.

Desk clerk was unable to enter my Wyndham Rewards Number. None of their employees were interested in solving this guest concerns. You are remodeling and I can tolerate remodeling. I cannot tolerate hotel incompetence. Room had not been cleaned or check by a supervisor. Bathtub had a hole in the fiberglass. This property has earned additional business for their competition nearby.

Nice place light in room would not go off, they wanted to move us instead of having a repair they wanted to move us . We just lived. With it.

If you are traveling alone and just looking for a place to crash for the evening, it would be ok. Rooms are smaller. Undergoing renovations right now so there is construction items in the parking lot. Hallways needed a vacuum. The hot Breakfast was a crockpot of gravy, and some bread choices. Overall, not awful, but wouldn’t want to stay there every time we were in a hotel.

This is obviously a very old property that needs alot of renovations. The toilets, carpet, curtains, furniture, etc are all old and permanently stained. The doors are in terrible condition. It felt more like a motel 6 than Baymont. I have stayed at many Baymont suites before and nothing was this bad. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I rented two rooms room for two nights got there and one of our rooms was a total mess the other just dirty when I said something the move led one of our rooms on the next floor equally as dirty and there must have been a party going on cause they where smoking hella dope on 2nd floor when I said something about that they told me they where starting to crack down on that it was literally so cloudy on 2nd floor and when we got up the next morning to at least get breakfast it consisted of eggos and boiled eggs and the cleaning crew was playing music super loud on cell phones so we all just checked out and went to another hotel
