Upholstery on chair and ottoman was torn and ragged. Okay but not worth the rate.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted and everyone was just so nice! We were blown away by how clean and beautiful the lobby was! Our room was on the first floor on a busy road, and to our surprise, it was so quiet! We got in after 10pm and were let in by an overnight security guard. Even though we didn't feel unsafe at all, this just added to our experience, thank you for keeping security onsite overnight! The breakfast buffet was by far the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Stay here, we will definitely be back!

There wasn't anything unique. It seemed no different than any other property. It seemed like it needed a thorough "brightening" cleaning. For the condition, relative to cost, I felt it was expensive.

Our experience here was very good. Our only "complaint" would be the lack of vending choices and although the room was very clean, the bathroom had been recently painted, it was cleaned but there was dust left on the door. I'm sure it was just overlooked.

What I liked most about my time at the Best Western Plus Madison-Huntsville Hotel, was the breakfast, which was wonderful and also the soft bed and pillows. What I liked least was that we could not order room service before 5pm.
We arrived after 10:00pm and got up at 4:30am to make a 6:15 flight. So we really only used the 2 beds. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. Sorry we couldn’t use the breakfast :)
I wasn’t aware the property was a smoking facility. Had a smoke free room that smelled of tons of smoke but I wasn’t able to be moved because the staff said everyone smokes in the room regardless.
Customer service was pleasant. I don't have any complaints. I was really pleased with the shuttle service.
